Jack and Liza were the best, employees of the month caliber tour, had a great time and didn’t fall in

A great way to experience the coast, see the Sea Caves and sea lions. We were guided by Chance and Taya. They were very pleasant and helpful. They made sure that everyone could handle their kayak and helped to adjust seating for several guests (including myself) to make sure they were comfortable. However, obviously, some effort is required on your part. The shop has plenty of lockers (slight fee), changing rooms and restroom. We easily found parking on a side street and enjoyed walking the town between the time we checked in and the start time. We had a very good lunch at the Brick & Bell Cafe that is two-doors down.

Crew was great. Friendly and helpful BUT tour was super disappointing. All we did was paddle out and back in with no cave or animal experience. We were not told this until the last minute and were unable to get a refund.

It was a fun experience not too scary as I imagined. My only complaint is that I barely got to hear anything the guide was saying about the history or fun facts about the area etc. Extremely hard to hear him if you’re far from him.

We really enjoyed our kayak adventure. The guide, a marine biologist, was very knowledgeable about the environment and skilled at providing what we needed for a fun and safe trip.

Attention other travelers: Ask if you will really see the caves before going on this tour! We went on a windy and big waves day. The guides were very good at keeping us safe, even though most of the boats in our tour group capsized coming in to or out of the breaking waves, and some folks were sea sick. So I suppose it shouldn’t have been a shock that we didn’t get to see the caves because of the high waves. I’m just disappointed that the tour company didn’t let us know this *before* we were out there! It was literally as we were sitting in our boats, looking at the caves that the tour guide told us we could not go! This was a huge disappointment because seeing the caves was the reason we booked this tour.

Note that the title of this tour is deceiving the 7 caves. Unfortunately we couldn’t go into any of the caves on this trip. We just paddle out and stopped along the way and only saw sea lions diving into the water.
