Great experience. Knowledgeable guides. Could not enter sea caves due to swell but overall very cool experience. We are experienced kayakers and while this is otally geared towards beginners/ families/ all comers we still had a good time

We went on the Kayak tour with Alex who was a great and informative guide. We would highly recommend this company and Alex. We didn’t make into the cave due to swells (would have been to dangerous).

Second kayak trip with this company this year and it was awesome again! Brody and Adam are pros - humorous, enthusiastic, confident and capable as they kept us safe, described the surroundings, pointed out the wildlife, and made sure everyone was well taken care of. Easy paddle out this time over the breaking waves and the calm seas permitted us to enter the caves. We saw small tiger sharks in the shallows, two adorable sea lions sleeping and snuggly up in the caves, a breathtaking shoreline view as we paddled, close up view of the sea lions at La Jolla point as the tourists looked down, and the icing on the cake was seeing a pod of dolphins as we headed into shore. Highly recommend the trip! Their storefront is well stocked with croakies and chums for your sunglasses, dry bags for your stuff, and cell phone zip pockets so you can bring your phone along and take snaps along the way. Wetsuit rental is option and extra $ but we did not use and were fine on shorts and long sleeve sun shirts. Afterward, we went into La Jolla and looked down on the cove where we’d been kayaking for a different view. If you do one outing in San Diego, do this one with this company!

Super fun experience! Tour Guide Owen was a dream- knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Weather likely impacts experience, and we had a perfect day- blue skies, warm weather, calm waves. I’m a San Diego native and thought I explored every inch of Southen California, and this was a new and special experience with my sisters and mom. Great to go into a cave and interact with a sea lion who came right up to our kayaks. Two things 1) I took Dramamine before, and glad I did. One sister didn’t and she got ill half way through. 2) I’m 45 and active. Wasn’t a problem for me but 90 minutes of kayaking isn’t low effort even in calm seas. Just something to consider when booking. Got a bit of a work out, great views and a unique experience. Well done Owen!

I took my 11 year old and did a tandem and had a great time. Waves were too big to go in the caves but still a great experience. Abby was great!

This was a super fun activity to do with my kids. I’m a local but, had never kayaked on the ocean before and thought we could use a little assistance. Tyler was a great tour guide and super cute with the kids. He made it a fun trip to remember. And I think we found a new love of kayaking!
