I did this activity solo and had the best time, it was my first time kayaking so I was nervous but our guides gave us instructions and tips so once I was out on the water I was fine. The guides made sure to keep up with all the people in our group

Good organization and guides. Clear explanation and beautiful route. We've seen sharks in the good, which was very nice. There were a few waves, which prevented us from entering the cave. That was a shame.

We had a family of 5, (parents and 3 kids (ages 15,11&5yo) We had 2 tandems and 1 single. 5yo was able to join in (didn’t paddle) but was able to hold on just fine. The guides were great, kept tabs on everyone, and also great story tellers, with humor, engaging questions, and great with kids. They made sure we stayed safe too. We went when tides were high, and swells were great, so the caves were not allowed as per coastguard safety that day, but otherwise as first time kayakers we were still safe and had a ton of fun! Definitely recommend!! (Guides were Magnus and Ryan (aka Garibaldi)

It was my and I had so much fun. I learned so much on the water. My group was amazing and my tour guys were awesome. Watching my tour guide do a handstand and challenging the one of the younger tour members to stand on his kayak for 10 seconds and watching him do it was so awesome. Best experience of my solo trip thanks guys.

We had a blast on our kayak adventure. Hannah was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the sea life that we encountered. We saw tons of seals and sea lions, leopard sharks and smaller fish. We explored a sea cave. It was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

My friend and I had such a wonderful time kayaking in La Jolla. The water was stunning, and getting to see the sea lions up close was such a special experience. The guides were kind, patient, and made us feel comfortable the entire time while sharing interesting facts about the area and the marine life. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. We left feeling refreshed, with great memories and lots of smiles. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting La Jolla — it was truly unforgettable! 🌊🛶🦭✨

First sea kayaking trip for me Only done brief lake canoeing before Staff very encouraging Capsizing is most likely when you are just leaving and arriving at shore line I capsized in first 30 seconds!! Warm salty water. One of the team noticed I was a bit slower and hung back for me. Both very knowledgeable. Great experience, lots of pelicans and seals. Too choppy to go into caves, lifeguard prohibited.

A must do when in San Diego. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time, we had a great instructor and tour guide who led us through the kayak tour with ease. We saw plenty of sea life, explored the caves and of course enjoyed the seals!!

It was so much fun, go by August if you want to be able to get in the cave but it was great anyway even though the waves broke to high for us to go in
