I booked the Indian Nose tour with Vick Tours Unfortunately, on the day of the tour, my friend Judy became very ill and was unable to join. I went on the tour alone and later reached out to Vick to ask if a small compensation would be possible. I fully understand that a full refund was not an option and did not ask this but a small gesture would have been appreciated. Since Judy is a big coffee lover, I specifically asked if he could provide a few bags of coffee beans as compensation. Vick initially said he would think about it and later messaged me with alternative excursion options. However, as our travel schedule was already packed and we had no time for extra tours, I asked again if he could simply provide some packages of coffee beans instead. He agreed and promised to deliver them to our accommodation that same evening. Unfortunately, communication via WhatsApp became frustrating. Despite the clear agreement to provide coffee beans, he ended up delivering two small bags of ground coffee with no label, which we did not take with us. This was not what we had agreed upon, and I was extremely disappointed in his lack of professionalism and customer care. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, his responses were dismissive, and the overall communication was unpleasant. After a long and exhausting back-and-forth via WhatsApp, he eventually issued a partial refund. However, he seemed to believe that this partial resolved everything, missing the point entirely. The issue was not about money—it was about keeping promises and treating customers with respect. A business should prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction. If you make a commitment, you should follow through.

Worth the money, hot chocolate and bread at the top while watching the beautiful sunrise was amazing! Even got to see a volcano erupt out in the distance.
