4.00It was a good experience, almost at the end of the experience something strange happened and we had to leave the space pq said that would close without any clarification and still missed 1h pro closure.
Tour guide wasn’t enthusiastic and failed to provide details about the architect and the story.

2.00I’m giving it two stars because we were able to get a ticket when they were sold out however, the guide was not enthusiastic was in a bit of a rush and failed to explain a lot of history of the architecture of the building and details about the architect.
It was an inside tour of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona at about 5:00 pm.

1.00Horrible experience. The Tour Operator, Tourrr.com that Viator chose for us never showed up. We arrived early to our designated location and no one ever came. We texted the provided contact message system, called the phone number provided and got no response, we then reached out to Viator and they did nothing. We had saved our whole lives for this trip to La Sagara Família in Barcelona. Our vacation was ruined. We Bought our tickets one month in advance and from Viator and they could do nothing for us. The would not even refund our money. Viator could not reach the tour company they booked us on (tourrr.com) for September 20,2025. We were told we had to wait to be refunded. Unacceptable treatment of customers. They did not care that our travel plans were ruined and that we traveled so far for this experience. We waisted thousands coming to Barcelona because of Viator.

5.00We had a wonderful tour - Aurelia was a great guide and very informative. The cathedral itself was stunning, and the way the light shines through the cathedral was ethereal. We truly enjoyed our visit and it was worth the price of admission. It was nice to know that it's through the admission price that construction of this masterpiece will be complete. Absolutely a must see!
