3.00It was fine. Very rushed and the tour guide seemed slightly uninterested. Be aware, there is not time in Florence to do both the walking tour and the academia museum. Even though we paid for both, we could not join the walking tour. Don’t pay for both if you can because it won’t work out most likely.

5.00Very good tour guide. Takes almost 2 hrs to florence and hour and half to pisa. Was a 9.5 hr day but enjoyed it
the guide prefers to stay at city center or core sightseeing points,then gather all guests to coach.

3.00Tour guide was very kind. However she often walked into large crowds and it was hard to catch up to her. She would also leave us in areas to explore , then require us to return to where the bus was parked on our own. I did get turned around in Pisa and had a hard time finding the bus in Florence.

5.00Our tour guide Lumi was just the best guide I have ever come across and I have been on hundreds of tours, she was knowledgeable and friendly coming through the bus to chat to everyone and it was very easy to understand her instructions, her commentary was interesting my friends and I felt like we were being welcomed to Italy, she really looked after everyone, the tour was the highlight of our time in Florence.

5.00Our tour of Florence and Pisa was absolutely fantastic! Both cities were breathtaking, and the experience was made even better thanks to our amazing guide, Lumi. She was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing so much history and fascinating details in a way that was easy to follow and very engaging. Lumi was also extremely helpful throughout the day, making sure everyone felt comfortable and had the best experience possible. Her passion and friendliness really stood out and made the tour memorable. Highly recommend this tour—and especially Lumi as a guide!

3.00Very little time given at each location. More time was spent on the road than visiting Florence or Pisa. The walking tour was not guided and the Academia entrance tickets were delayed. It felt very rushed and almost not worth it to pay $285 (for two) to be in Florence for less than 3 hours and 1 hour in Pisa. The guide, Guida, was nice and Ricardo our driver was fun.
