All drivers MUST be at least 18 years of age to operate machines and MUST provide a valid Driver’s License.
Child must be 7 or older to be a passenger. Please select the option for Driver + Child Passenger. Up to two children can ride with one driver.
Each Adult driver and all passengers (Adults & Children) are required to have their own ticket.
Covered closed toe footwear is REQUIRED for all tours.
Guests may get dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions. We recommend guests wear dark clothing or clothing they don’t mind getting stained. Clothing (top and bottom) is required to participate in tour.
Safety Helmets and Goggles are provided by Maui Off Road Adventures and are required for all guests to wear.
No recent surgeries, neck/back/knee problems, pregnant women, or any serious health conditions allowed on tours.
Drivers MUST be over 25 to drive minors under 18.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Come join us for the ride of your life on the most exhilarating, scenic UTV tours on the island of Maui. You’ll have the chance to drive, or simply be a passenger in one of today’s most advanced off-road vehicles, the Canam sport max 1000. Guide led tours will take you and your friends, or family on miles of trails with unmatched views of the ocean. Located right above the Kapalua Airport and just minutes from Kanapali beach and Lahaina is our Westside location. This location consists of over 1,400 acres of riding terrain with the most breathtaking views of the ocean. Maui Off Road Adventures has partnered with the Pu’u Kukui Watershed Preserve to not only offer one of the most amazing riding experiences ever but also to educate our guests on the beauty and importance of this beautiful preserve. It is the home to plant and animal species that exist nowhere else in Hawaii, let alone the rest of the world. It’s also one of the wettest spots on earth. This 2 hour adventure tour combines amazing riding conditions with breathtaking scenic views of the ocean combined with total immersion into Hawaiian culture and pristine nature. Every passenger must be included on the booking.

5.00This was our favorite thing to do in Maui! Driving through all the bushes, dirt, and mud was so much fun! We had two stops during the trip to talk about Hawaii. It was a blast 1000/10 would recommend. We will totally be doing this on our next trip as well

5.00If you are tired of the beach, this is the experience for you. Great fun with a group of friends, good scenery from the highest point, and the highlight of the trip, we got to plant a tree - the company plants one tree for every group participating. I love giving back. There hadn’t been rain recently, but very dusty - strongly recommend face covering, and don’t go anywhere after the ride before getting changed into different clothes. Employees were knowledgeable and fun. Drinking water available, and taps to wash off the worst of the dust when trip is finished.

5.00This was a fun time! The guides were fun and interesting. The ATV’s are luxurious vehicles with comfort seats and climate control. Just kidding! The climate is controlled by whatever the weather is outside, and the best thing I can say about the comfort is the suspension was kinda stable. At times we felt like Indiana Jones trying to outrun a giant boulder! It was an awesome time!

5.00Wow, what a rush! Race through the trails of an old pineapple grove on ATVs with some gorgeous views. Be prepared tho, the pace is fast and the ride is rough. Lots of jolting around and dust but we enjoyed it. Kudos to our guides Juan and Trinity who kept it both fun and safe.

2.00this experience goes through a field that used to have pineapples and just goes around in little circles. It’s nothing real all that scenic and it goes very slow. You have to let the people in front of you go to actually get any speed to have any fun kind of boring. for the money there’s better experiences and as I mentioned, it followed the leader and it’s kind of slow and just going around a little circles. It’s absolutely stupid. In my opinion. I’ve done other ATV things before that. We’re actually fun to me. This is a big no.

5.00Our group of about a dozen coworkers and spouses went on the ATV tour together, and everyone loved it. 90-120 mins of driving through privately owned dirt trails with twists and turns up to the top of the mountain, where we planted a tree to help reforestation. Vehicles were well kept and very capable; felt safe but also had plenty of power to get through deep ruts, thick mud, and steep climbs. Guides were great about keeping us on the path, giving information about our surroundings when we stopped up top, and being helpful and entertaining. There were a couple of opportunities to switch drivers during the trip if multiple folks in a vehicle want a chance. Vehicles seat 4 adults comfortably. Staff at the ATV center helped select proper sized helmets and had free dust masks as well as additional off-roading gear for purchase. Booking fee doesn't include tip, but gratuities could be given through cash or Venmo. Full 360° in-car video was available for purchase after the ride, which was a great memento of the trip.
