All drivers MUST be at least 18 years of age to operate machines and MUST provide a valid Driver’s License.
Child must be 7 or older to be a passenger. Please select the option for Driver + Child Passenger. Up to two children can ride with one driver.
Each Adult driver and all passengers (Adults & Children) are required to have their own ticket.
Covered closed toe footwear is REQUIRED for all tours.
Guests may get dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions. We recommend guests wear dark clothing or clothing they don’t mind getting stained. Clothing (top and bottom) is required to participate in tour.
Safety Helmets and Goggles are provided by Maui Off Road Adventures and are required for all guests to wear.
No recent surgeries, neck/back/knee problems, pregnant women, or any serious health conditions allowed on tours.
Drivers MUST be over 25 to drive minors under 18.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
Come join us for the ride of your life on the most exhilarating, scenic UTV tours on the island of Maui. You’ll have the chance to drive, or simply be a passenger in one of today’s most advanced off-road vehicles, the Canam sport max 1000. Guide led tours will take you and your friends, or family on miles of trails with unmatched views of the ocean. Located right above the Kapalua Airport and just minutes from Kanapali beach and Lahaina is our Westside location. This location consists of over 1,400 acres of riding terrain with the most breathtaking views of the ocean. Maui Off Road Adventures has partnered with the Pu’u Kukui Watershed Preserve to not only offer one of the most amazing riding experiences ever but also to educate our guests on the beauty and importance of this beautiful preserve. It is the home to plant and animal species that exist nowhere else in Hawaii, let alone the rest of the world. It’s also one of the wettest spots on earth. This 2 hour adventure tour combines amazing riding conditions with breathtaking scenic views of the ocean combined with total immersion into Hawaiian culture and pristine nature. Every passenger must be included on the booking.

Solo Adult Driver: 1 adult driver in a four-seat RZR. NO ADDITIONAL PASSENGER for this option. One adult only.
Driver + Child Passengers
1 Four-Seat RZR (up to 4 pax): 1 Adult Driver (must be 25+) with optional Adult passenger, and up to two back-seat Children passengers (must be 7 or older)

Driver + 2 Adults + 1 Child: 1 Adult driver in one four seat RZR plus two adult passengers and one child passenger.
1 Driver + 3 Children (4 Pax)
Duration: 2 hours: Arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time.

Disappointing the second time around.

2.00We went this past Monday. There were supposed to be two stops and there was only one. There was supposed to be a halfway notification so as to switch drivers. There was no communication. There was a slight issue with one of the ATVs which led to the whole group not completing the ride. There was no communication on this. They opened a gate to take us back to the barn and that was it. I went in May of 2025 and it was a five star. Great guides. Great communication. Etc… this time was disappointing.

5.0010/10 experience. Started pouring rain during the adventure but that’s what made it even more fun! Always nice to give back to the island by planting the tree to help rebuild the rainforest. All the workers are experienced and super friendly and willing to help those who need help. Highly Recommend and would do it again.

5.00We had a great time driving around the mountain in the ATV. the course was easy to follow and had just the right amount of bumps and mud. We made 2 stops. The first stop was to plant a tree in order to turn the land back into the rain forest it originally was. The second stop was for pictures and to learn more about the islands. We were able to change drivers at each stop.

5.00My husband and I had an awesome time with Lahaina ATV adventures! We took turns driving so we both got a taste of the ATV. (And now I am obsessed :) ) Be prepared to get dirty and have fun! I highly recommend this fun activity when visiting Maui.

5.00So much fun! We chose this experience on a rainy day. We were given free rain ponchos that helped keep us dry. Make sure to wear clothes that you don’t care about ruining. The mud stains.
