1.00We never got to go! The company never reach out to us, they texted me 3 different times from 3 different numbers when they were late 2 hours, to say if I was ready! They asked me to not write this review, otherwise they won’t give me a refund. I think this company is a scam.

5.00We had a great experience to our Hakone trip. I like their itinerary since it takes us to the pirates ship cruise on ashi lake, Rodeway to owaku-dani Valley, with final stop of relaxed onsen. All of these spots are very unique to Hakone. Our driver is very helpful!
