Start the day by meeting your guide in the heart of Verona. From there, you’ll board a comfortable minibus and head to Sirmione, one of the lake’s most charming villages.
Once there, enjoy a scenic boat tour around the Sirmione peninsula, with stunning views of lakeside villas, the medieval castle, and the Roman ruins of the Grotte di Catullo. Then, explore the historic streets of Sirmione on a guided walking tour, uncovering the hidden gems that make this lakeside town so unique.
Enjoy some free time to shop, savor a lakeside lunch, or even take a refreshing swim during the summer.
In the afternoon, hop on a ferry to Lazise, where you’ll have more free time to explore the quaint town at your own pace. Stroll through the cobbled streets, stop at local boutiques for souvenirs, or relax with a gelato or glass of wine by the lake.
Finally, meet your guide again for the return journey to Verona.

Nice scenic beauty. Clear instructions and advice from the guide. 7.5 hours are good enough. Easy to find the gathering point. Comfortable van with good AC. Will recommend it to others.

Kind of boring and touristy. Guide did not really offer a lot of information. Lackluster day in a pretty setting.

I was staying in Verona for 3 nights and wanted to get a taste of Lake Garda. Being able to see two locations without having to worry about transportation was perfect. Our guide Leo was excellent and kind. Felt like it was a good amount of time to check out Sirmione and neighboring Lazise. Would recommend this if you’re staying in Verona and want to see Lake Garda. My roommate in the hostel I stayed at said it was easy to get to Sirmione, but took him 3 hours to get back. Maybe due to it being a Sunday with buses, but I felt like getting shuttled to a very popular tourist destination was part of the value of this trip too. The boat ride was a nice way to get some photos, the hour or so walking tour gave a good feel of Sirmione (Lazise too), and then you got to wander a bit (or choose to in Lazise). I also got to swim quick in Lake Garda - the water was a perfect temperature. Warm enough, but refreshing. Overall, I’d recommend this trip if you’re looking for a day away from Verona while you’re there.
