Lake Louise

5.00Ray was our tour guide and was absolutely the best ! Walking up the steps he showed concern for our family and made sure we were safe he came back w walking sticks for my cousin to help with her walk back .. he gave instructions of where to find him and he was always accessible… Ray was awesome !!!

5.00This was one of the best tours I’ve been on. The communication was excellent. We had trouble the night before and Ozzy was prompt to respond and help us solve our issue. He gave us tons of recommendations for the rest of our stay and was SO, SO hospitable. He took such good care of our group. We were stressing trying to book through the park system and decided to go this route. It was worth every penny and then some. No lines, no waiting, water, umbrellas, blankets, anything we needed. It is THE way to see these beautiful lakes. We even got picked up and dropped off at our hotel. It was the best experience by far.

5.00Our guide was Karim (Ken). Very smart and knowledgeable guide interesting to. Karim picked us on time. The ride was very comfortable. Being a small group people management was very good. Would recommend this tour all my friends.

Tour to Lakes with unknown weather

5.00Ken was a great guide and took care of us. We had a full van and picked us up at the scheduled time and place. We could have never anticipated the weather would turn cold and snowy overnight but it did make for a beautiful landscape with the fresh snow. It took about 45 minutes to arrive at Lake Louise and it was crowded but the Lake and the snowy conditions made for a beautiful vision. Ken gave us about 75 minutes to tour the area. When we got ready to leave and head to Lake Louise. Unfortunately when we got to the road we were told it was closed due to the weather and a trapped bus up the road. With a quick call to dispatch, we were told the tour had to be canceled and they would refund half the cost. While we were disappointed we have to commend Ken and the company for making Lemonade out of lemons. Overall good tour and fair consideration.
