Lake Louise
Turquoise Waters: The lake's striking turquoise color, caused by rock flour carried into the lake by melt-water from the surrounding glaciers, is a breathtaking sight. Victoria Glacier: The majestic Victoria Glacier serves as a stunning backdrop to the lake, providing a picturesque and iconic view. Surrounding Mountains: The lake is framed by towering peaks, including Mount Victoria and the Fairview Mountain, adding to the dramatic scenery.
Moraine Lake
Turquoise Waters: Like Lake Louise, Lake Moraine's vivid blue-green color is due to the rock flour suspended in the water, which reflects light. Ten Peaks: The lake is famously set against the backdrop of the Ten Peaks, each over 3,000 meters high, creating a breathtaking and iconic landscape. Larch Trees: In the fall, the larch trees surrounding the lake turn a brilliant golden yellow, adding to the stunning scenery.

“O-Z” our driver was friendly and very accommodating especially since a couple of other customers were a bit rude and inconsiderate.

We were really pleased we done this experience, it was well worth it. Ken was a great host and made the trip even better. Lots of incredible views and a good length trip. One thing to note is that the advert says it will be your party only but it was a small group of 13. This wasn't an issue for our group though but some may appreciate knowing this ahead of time.

A carefree way to visit these two lakes, with plenty of time to explore each location. Our tour guide, Ken, was charming and helpful. We highly recommend.

Lake Moraine is higher elevation than Lake Louise and thus, colder. There is little to no seating at Lake Moraine. The terrain at the lake level is BERY rocky. Much more of a wilderness. Both are very beautiful!! Very!
