We had a great experience with our tour guide, Lisa! She was entertaining, enthusiastic and incredibly bilingual in English and Chinese! We had a major traffic delay but Lisa was able to pivot and think quickly on her feet and was still able to get in all the events that were planned for our excursion. We had an amazing experience it was well worth our time and money!

This is a fantastic tour of 8-10 hours depending on your pick up point. The tour goes through lakes Emarald, Moraine and Louise. The coach bus was comfortable. The major highlight, though, was our guide Martin (from Germany but spoke fluent English). He was well informed about the history, accompanied on all lakes and took pictures of individuals and families in front of the lakes. The tour was worth it and our son said "5 stars" for Martin for doing such a wonderful job!

We had an excellent tour thanks to our excellent tour guide Martin. He had loads of facts, jokes and was extremely helpful throughout the day. Aswell as that, we got loads of time at all of the attractions and Martin helped us get the best photos of these places too! I can’t recommend this tour enough if anyone wants to see the best locations in Banff for such a good price.
