5.00The service was exceptional. The guide and one of the captains (there were two captains training during my voyage) took the time to come and chat with the guests. The commentary was clear, concise and informative. The only down side is that the nearest restroom is not near the dock, so plan ahead!!

5.00Matt and Ben were great! Ben had a lot of interesting facts to share about the lake and the boat ride was smooth. There was ample time to look around and take pictures, and the enclosed boat was great since it was windy and quite chilly!
The guide was very informative and interesting! Gave us alot of information and was comical too! We enjoyed it!

5.00We had an excellent time on the Lake Minnewanka Cruise! Our tour guide was amazing! Knowledgeable, engaging, and a great storyteller. It was a fun, relaxing day on the lake with perfect weather and stunning views. Getting tickets through Viator was easy, and transportation was smooth. We took the bus from downtown Banff, but there was plenty of parking available if you drive yourself. Highly recommend this experience when visiting Banff!

4.00Our gorgeous Lake Minnewanka tour added a dimension to merely viewing others like Lake Louise. Guide Kenji was personable, captivating, & informative. We seniors appreciate limited walking distance & having the scenery (not us) move tho kids aboard seemed pleased. Safety was emphasized on the well-maintained vessel. A highlight was stopping for a brief respite of total silence amid incredible beauty. Only flaw was not going farther on the lake. Being "shoulder season" provided ample parking by clean restrooms.
