Very organized experience; getting tickets online was a snap. Captain Hayden and Will, our friendly and knowledgeable guide, were both wonderful!! So interesting to learn about the history of the lake and the indigenous tribes that lived here, along with all the animals in the area. The boat was comfortable and the lake is just beautiful!! It was my favorite thing we did so far!!

We were a family of 7 and had great time. It was informative and fun. I would highly recommend it as part of your Banff experience.

We were late and missed the boat, as i was running down to the dock it pulled away. We called a cab to get there from our hotel at 5:00pm. boat tour was at 6:00pm. cab didn’t show up til 5:40. we arrived at 6:06. missed the 6:00pm cruise and it was the last one of the day. it was also a 60 cab fare flat fee to get there which needs to be prepaid. I was bummed, I walked around the park and took some pictures, I am sure the pictures from the boat would have been better.

Despite the weather not being good the guide Olivia and boat operator were outstanding. The knowledge she shared was so interesting
