The day after the Masai Mara safari, we booked a day trip to Lake Nakuru, and it was a great decision. We left Nairobi in the morning and arrived in the afternoon. As I entered the game drive, I was amazed to see so many flamingos - the lake was filled with pink. This is not the end; we also saw white and black rhinos, zebras, and even leopards. Guide Saleh patiently took the time to capture the animals. The peaceful environment inside the park and the chirping of birds have calmed the mind. Although it was only a one-day trip, it was a great experience. Both the car and the guide on Dallago Tours were comfortable and reliable. If you have a short stay in Nairobi, Lake Nakuru is definitely worth a visit.
