Really fun boat ride with fantastic views of Lake Wanaka. We met some great people and enjoyed the wine, beer and cheese while relaxing.

The skipper and commentary were fantastic. The cheese platter abysmal. Drinks were good. Beware when booking that you know Viator use $US

Very disappointing from a Kiwi tourist view. Pleasant Captain but absolutely no commentary at all about the magnificent scenery. Ghastly wine was free but cheeseboard fine . Felt sad for all overseas tourists as it was just a boat ride.
Wonderful cruise! Wine was delicious along with the cheese board. Do not miss this gem in Wanaka!

It could be cool because after all, you are on the water! Bring a jacket and expect a good time. The narrative was great, not too long and not too short.

We had a nice and relaxed evening Cruise around the bay. It was rather windy but the boat held its course. The buffet was gone in ten minutes:-)

It was very relaxing….maybe thought they might have gone a bit further up the lake but was stunning. Amazing team running the show. Would recommend. Great value for money.

Fab hour long early evening cheese and wine cruise on the lake with Tim & Cam. Great to hear about the lake and the local surroundings plus tap into Tim’s knowledge as a skipper. The cheese and crackers were lovely and after your free first drink the prices for more were super low. Loved it. Probably one to book in advance as imagine it is very difficult to just turn up in the summer season.

Lake Wanaka Happy Hour cruise is a must do when you stay there. The Captain and his mate are very welcoming and the trip is value for money. They give you a free wine, beer or soft drink on arrival and a tasty cheese platter to share. The music adds a great vibe and the views are amazing!
