This is a public transportation (boat) and entrance ticket to the Lindt factory. The walk to the factory is done on your own and luckily there are some signs. The boat ticket is sent as PDF but not explained via site or email that it is used to gain entry in the ship. Stupid process!

I bought this experience as all the tickets bought directly from the Lindt museum for the day I wanted were sold out from the Lindt museum website. The currency rate for Swiss francs to USD is quite poor and for this price at the last minute it worked for me. I also enjoyed the fact that the transportation ticket covered zones 110 and 150 in Zürich. The tickets for transport are roughly 3.6 Swiss francs one way and can be higher. All in all the tour operator contracted a very professional river cruise company and made everything very professional especially to assist Wnglish speakers. The admission to the Lindt museum was at your leisure. No timed admission like you may be restricted if bought through museum itself. Great value. Good instructions. Able to navigate well and well the lake there in Zürich.

Excellent Customer Service!! i had to cancel my reservations due to the ongoing war in the middle east. While this tour was booked as a 100% non refundable tour, they were considerate enough to accommodate my request for a full refund.. did not need to do it but still did it.. no questions asked… i appreciate it.. hope to use their services in future.. Daniel..🙏

The description is misleading. It describes a boat cruise, which is really just the public transit ferry. As a result, the boat was very full and by paying for a cruise, we severely overpaid when compared to a public transit fare. The Lindt pass was great b

This was an amazing way to see the Lindt chocolate factory, a must do on my Zurich list. The communication from the operator was outstanding. I received detailed directions regarding the three parts of the trip (boat, tour, bus). I highly recommend this to everyone.

This is a self guided tour offering a bundle of tickets you could buy for less solo. If you value time the surcharge isn’t bad. I skipped the boat ride to the museum/factory taking the tram/bus both ways. From the dock area get on bus 165 and get off at Lindt-Sprungli stop. Same in reverse to go back into the city. Breezed right in to the museum with the enter anytime ticket. The audio guide is essential to understanding what is going on. Plenty of tasting and sample opps and the smell is heavenly. At the end of the your a line backs up waiting to watch a Rube Goldberg like device spit outs out another free sample. Thankfully staff came to hand out the free samples to skip the wait. The shop at end of tour has every product they make-more than you’ll find in grocery stores here. I used CityMapper app to find the right team to the dock area. On the return i stopped at the main train station. HauptBanhof where the grocery stores are open on Sunday to do some shopping. Then hopped back on a tram for 2 stops to get to my hotel. Swiss public transportation is a real jewel-everyone should experience its clean, efficient and affordable rides that go everywhere around the city.

Great communication from the Viator team. The trip was amazing, we totally enjoyed the cruise along the lake to the museum which was very informative and lively to be able to try lots of chocolate. We were lucky as it wasn't to busy.
