What To Expect
Enjoy a pleasant boat ride on Lake Zurich and visit the Lindt Home of Chocolate museum on a combined visit. Visitors can enjoy a boat ride of approximately 1h duration as well as admission to the Lindt Home of Chocolate museum (no need to reserve a specific time in advance). The perfect plan for an autumn day, as the boat has an indoor and outdoor area, with sinks and cafeteria service. It also includes public transport to return to Zurich and continue using it for the rest of the 24 hours from the start of the activity. KEY INFORMATION: Upon booking, the participant will receive a confirmation receipt for the reservation, but that document does NOT constitute entry for either the museum or the ship. Entries will be processed as soon as possible and sent by message on the VIATOR platform. SCHEDULE OF SHIPS : MONDAY TO FRIDAY : 11 : 00 or 14 : 00 SATURDAY AND SUNDAY : 11 : 00, 14 : 00, 15 : 00 or 16 : 00. Access to Lindt Home of Chocolate can be anytime after the cruise.

3.00While the tour of Lindt Chocolate was amazing and well worth it, the ferry portion was extremely disappointing. The starting point for the ferry ride was quite confusing as it didn’t include any signage. We waited over an hour for the ferry, and when it finally came the ferry driver stated they weren’t letting on any new passengers, we have to wait another 30 minutes. To ensure we didn’t miss our train home, we ended up ordering an Uber to Lindt.

5.00If you’re a chocolate lover, you have to visit Lindt! Learning about the history of chocolate and getting to sample it in so many different forms made for such a fun (and delicious) experience.

5.00For them a simple means of transport, for us a nice cruise on the lake, fun and relaxing. We had a hot tea because it was a bit cold outside. Highly recommended

5.00This is a great alternative option if the museum has sold out tickets and you need the flexibility. I had about 4 hours window between finishing a conference and my flight home. Communication with the operator is good - responsive and helpful. The instruction is very clear as to where to go, so as long as you have internet to navigate, it is super easy. The transportation ticket is unlimited for 24 hour, which was amazing for me as I was able to use it throughout the day and get to the airport too.

3.00We really enjoyed our tour of the Lindt Chocolate Museum! Only booked this tour because of the museum tickets were already sold out (which you can get on the museum website much cheaper at around ~10 CHF). 24 Hour Zürich Transfer is included in this booking as well, which is what allows you to ride the ferry. Again, much cheaper if you just buy on your own. I’ve booked a lot of excursions through Viator and Trip Advisor and this listing/tickets was one of the most confusing. Needs a better description, seemed like it took a lot of thorough reading and cross comparing to figure out what port we needed to be at, how long rides took, etc.

5.00While it might have been cheaper to purchase tickets on our own, Flex time was crucial, with 4 hour plane delay! Dani from the provider, communicated on WhatsApp all day with me on getting around Zurich and sent me map links for walking directions, etc. We were able to go straight to the museum, then catch the boat back since our flight messed up our timing. Thanks Dani!!

4.00This tour is great way to get into Lindt factory when it may appear sold out on their direct website. The boat tour is nice, you need mobile phone to use the audio guide. Food & drinks can be ordered on boat, they looked quite good. Full boat tour is 90minutes, but if you get off at Lindt Factory stop, tour is only 60mins. Lovely lake views and beautiful homes and parks on the waterfronts. Lindt factory was excellent, a great museum experience.

5.00The lake is beautiful and this is a lovely way to see it. The Lindt Museum is genuinely interesting and if you like chocolate they give you a lot. Trip advisor should have been clearer on which stop on the boat ride to get off for the museum
