What To Expect
Hanoi
7:00 – 7:30 Get picked up in your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or our office – No. 106 Tran Nhat Duat, then travel via the 5B expressway to Hai Phong, stopping briefly at V52 in Gia Loc. In Hai Phong, take the sea-crossing road from Tan Vu to Lach Huyen port, enjoying scenic views of Dinh Vu port. Travel to Cai Vieng from Got Port by GOT ferry.
Cat Ba Island
10:15 – 10:30 Reach "CAT BA PEARL ISLAND." Drive on a scenic road between the sea and the green mountains of Cat Ba National Park.

5.00It is a fantastic setup for folks who would like to live in the calmness of the Limestones and no crowd zone, we enjoyed our lunch, cycling, kayaking, hi tea and guess what, I had special request to our guide 'Tuna' for a birthday setup as we travelled here her birthday !! The entire crew made it very special for us 😁 TYSM guys !! Will come back for a 2 N and 3 days sometime next year !!

4.00Fabulous tour, boat was incredible and the scenery was magnificent. The day was more than what I expected until the end. National Day preparations caused quite a few roads to be closed therefore we were unable to get dropped off at our hotels. Unavoidable but the way it was handled was unacceptable. It is best to tell the truth rather than give people false hope. We had to walk 30 minutes to get back to the hotel. Flora also got quite aggressive in her attitude to some of the people on the tour. It was chaos. It was an unpleasant ending to an otherwise fantastic day.

5.00Experience with Serenity Cruises was just amazing. Right from picking up from their office and taking to CatBa Island was just amazing. Our tour guides Hien/Chris and Billy were amazing and they helped us even with recommendations of food and places to enjoy. We took serenity grandeur cruise which is their newest fleet that is the best for cruising around Lan Ha Bay. Go for it eyes closed.

5.00Absolutely amazing, one of the best days and one I won't forget. I went on the trip 25th April and unfortunately can't remember my tour guide name (gentlemen) who was super friendly and explained everything really well. He made the tour even better. I highly reccomend this tour. The views, Cat Ba Island (i chose to cycle round), Lan Ha Bay itself and Kyaking - what a wonderful day. Also the staff on the boat were brilliant and the food was super tasty. 100/10, best day.

5.00Wonderful day trip away. I really enjoyed biking around the fishing village and then cruising along the water kayaking and swimming. My highlight was when Vandy conquered his fears by jumping off the dive platform on the boat! Vandy was an awesome host!! Very professional and kind! I would recommend requesting Vandy for your day trip if you get the chance!

5.00It was a long day, but one filled with interest, adventure & amazing scenery. Charlie took very good care of all in the group, joined in, made it fun. There was enough time for kayaking, swimming & just relaxing. Lunch was plentiful & very enjoyable with lots of variety. We highly recommend this day cruise & Lan Ha bay. It was quiet, clean & magnificent.
