During our old city history walk, we will whet our whistle at some of Lancaster’s finest craft beer establishments – and the history isn’t over. You will learn how much of our colorful past is tied to beer. From the Revolutionary War to 19th century Lager Breweries to amazing tales of prohibition ingenuity, the beer flowing through the taps comes from the present day but reaches back across the last two centuries - and it's delicious!

5.00This was a wonderful experience. We weren't aware of how much history happened in Lancaster. It's such a small town to have this much history. The city is easily walkable. The "inside stories" are what make it even more special. We will do again and bring friends next time.

5.00I was born and raised in Lancaster Pa, however I was never educated on the historical richness of my hometown. Mike our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and made tour very interactive, informative and fun. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, it definitely aroused my desire to learn more about our little city.

5.00Very in depth history of Lancaster and United States history. The tour through Lancaster is first and then near the end there are a couple stops at breweries. But it is a good idea to have a clear mind while on this tour because there are many interesting facts you will want to try and remember! If you like details and beer, this is the tour for you!

5.00My husband, myself, and one other couple went on this informative walk around Lancaster with Mike, our guide. Mike is very knowledgeable and relayed the history of Lancaster in a light but detailed way. We were attentive and really liked the little anecdotes about the past. The two stops for beer were refreshing and fun. This was an excellent experience.

5.00We totally enjoyed our walking tour of downtown Lancaster. Mike, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the city. We found the pace to be very comfortable for our group of seniors. The cold beers at the end of the tour really hit the spot. This was a last minute booking for us as our other plans had fallen through, but we ended up being happy to have made this our activity for the afternoon. Highly recommend.

5.00Mike was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. I was surprised there was so much history in Lancaster. Mike answered all of our questions and even pointed out interesting things about the architecture. The beer was good too!

5.00This was a great walking tour of downtown Lancaster with an added bonus of a couple of beers towards the end. Our guide was interesting and knowledgeable about the history of downtown Lancaster. The tour was easy to hear due to an earpiece provided and the level of walking was modest so manageable even on a very hot day. Definitely recommend!
