5.00I was not really sure what I could get from booking the train with ‘unknown’ people knowing also about the difficulty to get a ticket as they can be bought only 3 days in advance , sai it was a real cliffhanger . Daisy and Sam and the team of BC family travels where so efficient and helpful and it worked out all well . They even created a chat group in WhatsApp and Daisy answered every question in a very short time ! Incredible ! They can also help you with other transports and trips so just ask them !

We simply made our ticket requests (Two in total: Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng, and Vang Vieng to Vientiane), and 3 days before the departures the tickets were texted to me. No time wasted! :)
