  We have booked train tickets and all tours in Laos with them six times. This is the most professional tour company in Laos that we have ever experienced.^-^ Everything was handled very professionally and on time. The driver was very patient, even waiting for us when we forgot our bag at the train station. The Vang Vieng tours and the hot air balloon experience in Vang Vieng were experiences I really enjoyed, while my wife especially loved the traditional pottery-making experience in Luang Prabang. Our sons really enjoyed the Kuangsi Waterfall tour. Meanwhile, my younger sibling’s family loved the Vientiane Hungry Tuk Tuk tour in Vientiane organized by BCFamilyTour. A special thanks to the three travel experts—Sam, Daisy, and Samlao—because we were truly lucky to have them. We saved a lot of money and time compared to our first plan, hihi..   We booked the rail tickets between Vientiane & Luang Prabang (return) as a foreigner we were not able to book from abroad or did not have time to book when we got to Laos & we were really glad to find the services Sam & Daisy provide. We booked & paid about 2 weeks in advance or our travels, with specific dates we needed to travel & Sam & Daisy communicated with us prior to confirm all the details, and then 3 days prior to each booking our tickets were WhatsApp'd to us, if there was an issue with train times, they communicated that to us so they could book us on another available train. Their service is amazing and we would highly recommend using their services for any of your travels, they are reliable & trustworthy. Thank you Sam & Daisy.

  We have train tickets for travel to Laos I booked through BCFamilyTour and it was really a great answer!! The process was very smooth and saved me a lot of time. They arranged all the train tickets from Vientiane to Ban Vien, from Ban Bien to Luang Prabang and from Luang Prabang to China.. In addition, I booked airport and station transfers with bcfamilytour.com and a group tour of Laos. They were all perfect arrangements. The guides were very kind and professional and told me many interesting stories about Lao culture and life. The food on the tour was delicious and everything was fun and comfortable.   We've booked 5 times through bcfamilytour.com with 18 tickets each. After going on a tour of Laos, we found that it was the right and very cost-effective decision to help us avoid potentially doubling the extra spending. I saw people who didn't have tickets, had to take cars that cost 10 times more than the train tickets we booked. We also booked both train tickets and transfers from the hotel to the train station via bcfamilytour.com. In our opinion, if you are travelling in Laos, bcfamilytour is the best travel company.
