Stop at the halfway point for a breathtaking photo of the Strip and the desert landscape before continuing your off-road thrill ride! *All riders are required to successfully complete an orientation prior to the tour. Failure to pass will result in disqualification from the tour, and no refunds will be issued. *Must be 18 years old for this tour!* **Closed-toe shoes must be worn. Crocs, Flip Flops, Sandals, Slides and Yeezy Foam Runners will not be accepted. Bags cannot be worn over shoes. There are no refunds if your shoes do not meet the requirements **

1.00We booked an excursion on Viator that clearly stated 10 AM 3/22/2026. After arriving before 10 AM at a seedy location, outside a souvenir shop at the end of the Las Vegas strip and next to a rundown motel, we were told that our tour was 9:30 AM, instead of 10 AM.We were told that a text message was sent in a phone call was made, which both claims approving to be false. Our phone log showed no missed calls, which we have a photo record of. Our text messages show no messages sent which we have a photo record of. Absolutely no attempts was made to notify us of any change to the time. We were told that we missed our excursion. We were told that the problem was with Viator because this third party reservation does not have the exact time for excursions. However we found out that Viator was not the culprit but the operators were at fault because they did not make the change to our reservations through Viator. It has been proven that when Viator is notified that they do communicate the changes, which was done with us on other excursions that we booked through them. This particular vendor/operator " Nellis Dunes ATV TOUR is irresponsible and did not make any attempts to call or notify us of changes made to our reservation. Nellis Dunes ATV TOUR is highly disreputable and their practice unscrupulous and unacceptable. Of course they stated that there are no refunds. We are disputing this fraudulent practice and denial of service to our credit card institution and to the Better Business Bureau. Buyers beware!

5.00Harry was an excellent guide. Fun, informative, and kept everyone safe. There were no surprise fees and the ride time was an hour (what I paid for). He gave a tour on the ride out and took photos of everyone on their atvs.
