1.0First we tried to reserve an extra place and they told us there is no available places, once we arrived we found the boat was empty and left already before itās time. They didnāt accept neither refund neither changing the boat timing. It was my worst experience ever

3.0If you buy your tickets online and get a ticket sent to your email, make sure you go to the ticket counter and get your physical ticket stubs. We were one of the first people in line, but did not know this, figured they would just scan the ticket. Had to get out of line, obtain the tickets and get back in line, then all the good seats were taken and we had to sit in the middle of the boat. All our pictures from the seat have peoples heads in them. We were able to walk around and get better views. That was our only negative experience. By the way, after we got the tickets from the counter, the guy didn't even take them from us when we boarded. Very strange.
