  • Great, if school groups are not there.

When we got there school groups of 3rd graders were taking over the place. It was difficult to do much with our four year old. HOWEVER, once they left, around lunch time it was fantastic. I would suggest timing around school groups if possible.

  • Fun but a little disappointing

We went with our two grandchildren, ages 6 and 9. It was pretty good, and not too crowded. The two indoor rides were definitely for kids their age (I would say this experience really wouldn't attract kids older than about 10). There was a fun playground and a "climb around the laser beams" activity. However, the most disappointing thing was that for it being LEGOLAND, the places where you could build did NOT HAVE ENOUGH LEGOS or room around the lego bins for multiple children. Our grandkids kept having trouble finding the lego pieces they needed to complete their lego projects. There should just be HUGE barrels of legos, and tables for kids to create, in a space called LEGOLAND. Also, the 3 D movie didn't have any words, just a lot of 3D motions (the grandkids were pretty bored with it). All in all, they had a pretty good time, but for the money I expected at least, a lot of LEGO pieces to build with.

Took my daughter and son in law here as they are early 20’s and total Lego nerds. We were turned away and told that as we had no young children with us we were not allowed to enter. What? So because we are adults who enjoy Legos, there must be some sinister purpose to our going to LegoLand? Reevaluate, because that is simply gross.

It was too crowded and when the kids tried to build race cars, there wasn't enough lego pieces to build them. Our entry time wasn't until 3 and no one mentioned that one of the rides closed at 4 so we didn't get to ride it. Bathrooms were very messy.

  • We went to the aquarium, then to Lego land to build some awesome cars and see all the cool sculptures. Such a fun day!!!

  • This isn’t actually Lego.

Don’t do it. It’s a scam. It’s dirty, most of the models look as though they have unattended for a long time, with parts knocked over and dust everywhere. The activities were hardly Lego i.e. a Macdonald’s style play structure that has a couple giant Lego stickers stuck to it. In fact it’s not Lego. The Discovery Centers and The theme parks are run by another company. This is why all the merch in the store was marked up $5. If you have to go buy your tickets ahead of time (still expensive but cheaper) and only take your 4 year old and one adult. And you’ll never go back.

  • So much fun!

We had so much fun at Legoland Discovery! We took our grandchildren who are 3 and 6 months. Our 3 year old had a blast going from one area to the next. Our little guy was in a stroller and his little eyes wandered everywhere with excitement. Everything was well placed, clean, and the team members were all friendly! The price was perfect for a family outing! We highly recommend!

After reading several negative reviews, we were hesitant to visit here while on the last day of vacation. We had already told the kids we were coming (girls age 6-9) and they were excited, so we pushed on. I’m not sure what negative reviewers were expecting, but our kids loved this place! They had lots of activities for the kids, and no exhibits were closed. Neat 3d short movie experience with wind, water, etc to make it realistic. The 3d ride was an additional cost- but super fun! We bought the joint ticket with Sea Life and headed over there next. Sea life was fun for the kids, but we have been to much better aquariums, so my husband and I were not as impressed with Sea Life. If you’re taking kids though- it’s about them! They didn’t complain about anything, including Sea Life. They loved the whole experience. Would definitely return! Now, we’ve never visited any other Lego themed park, so we don’t have anything to compare it to, so keep that in mind.

Had such a great time with the grandkids (ages 4 and 7). They had different age appropriate experiences. Wish you didn’t have to pay extra for the vr experience but we all had so much fun. Only takes a couple of hours. They comp the expensive parking so that makes the price better! Would definitely recommend combining it with the aquarium next door.

  • It was a Lego good time!
