First time doing a ghost tour in Missouri and it did not disappoint. While we didn’t catch sight of a real “ghost”, our tour guide, Mark, was super knowledgeable about the area. I can honestly say, Mark was also one of the best tour guides we have had (and we have had a lot over the years) adding just the right amount of history, thrill, and subtle humor. We enjoyed the walking tour, but going inside of the old buildings was really an added experience. We had plenty of opportunity to take pictures and ask questions. No bathroom stops along the way, wear comfortable shoes and bring some cash $$ to tip Mark. He’s definitely worth it!

This was an excellent walking tour of the Lemp property and surrounding area. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. It’s a mixture of history, true crime, and paranormal stories. This is a great place to start If you’re interested in the history of the Lemp family and their impact on the city. I plan to return soon to do a ghost hunt tour.

Our guide actually did the research, so he wasn't just someone reading a script. This added a lot of credence to the experience. We had a lot of fun.

My wife and I had a lot of fun. We were in a group of about 20 people, and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered any question that we had. I would definitely recommend this to anybody else.

Went with a friend group and a boyfriend, drove two hours for it and pleasantly surprised was an understatement! If you love true crime and horror as I do, you will LOVE it— my friends were hiding behind me for 90% of it! If you’re a bit scared like they tend to be, our guide had many lighthearted anecdotes that ensured you felt comfortable and amused throughout. He was VERY funny and interactive throughout, which is sometimes rare with guides. The tour is around two hours long with multiple locations, and you definitely get your moneys worth! convenient bathrooms, beverages for very cheap (under a dollar), and a very very interesting gift shop with some spooky sentimentals. It was the best way to spend our night out!
