I had 120 minutes with herbal steam! Herb steam could be changed to a meal, and the receptionist and therapist were very responsive. They also do their best to respond to Japanese. The oil massage was very good and the head spa was really good!

I experienced a 240-minute Vietnamese massage course. Even medium strength massages your whole body. I feel very comfortable doing the specified sections strongly. They serve tea sweets at the front and back. I don't usually go for a massage very much, but I think it was good!

I went for a massage before going to the airport. It felt really good and all the fatigue of the trip flew away. I also want to visit this spa when I visit Hanoi. Thank you very much.

I had a wonderful 4-hour experience of being pampered: Vietnamese massage, Dead Sea salt scrub, Dead Sea mud wrap, facial and ended with a soak in a mineral bath. Definitely worth the cost - the price for walk-ins is a bit higher.

We decided to find a quality spa by searching here for recommendations and we were not disappointed. L Essence Spa was fabulous all around. Max and Kevin were both professional, attentive, and gave excellent massages. The hostess and manager were both helpful and spoke great English. We enjoyed 3 hours of magical body treatment and feel amazing. Definitely recommended!

My therapist Emma was incredible. Best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many)! The post - massage lunch at their other property was the perfect way to end my 2 hour treatment. Perfect!
