1.00ZERO - the massage was fantastic unfortunately an incident has resulted in an overall negative experience. This morning I discovered that I had $100 Aud stolen from me yesterday during my 4 hour pampering session. I am writing this not because I have lost the money but want to warn people as based upon the reviews they are highly rated. I understand people will say that it is the employee and not the business but in my view the business is responsible for its employee’s conduct. Therefore not recommend this establishment.

5.00I had 120 minutes with herbal steam! Herb steam could be changed to a meal, and the receptionist and therapist were very responsive. They also do their best to respond to Japanese. The oil massage was very good and the head spa was really good!

5.00I experienced a 240-minute Vietnamese massage course. Even medium strength massages your whole body. I feel very comfortable doing the specified sections strongly. They serve tea sweets at the front and back. I don't usually go for a massage very much, but I think it was good!

5.00I had a wonderful 4-hour experience of being pampered: Vietnamese massage, Dead Sea salt scrub, Dead Sea mud wrap, facial and ended with a soak in a mineral bath. Definitely worth the cost - the price for walk-ins is a bit higher.

5.00We decided to find a quality spa by searching here for recommendations and we were not disappointed. L Essence Spa was fabulous all around. Max and Kevin were both professional, attentive, and gave excellent massages. The hostess and manager were both helpful and spoke great English. We enjoyed 3 hours of magical body treatment and feel amazing. Definitely recommended!

5.00My therapist Emma was incredible. Best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many)! The post - massage lunch at their other property was the perfect way to end my 2 hour treatment. Perfect!
