Leo took us on a one day road trip to Longji rice terraces, Longhair village, and a place to learn about and sample teas. He took us to a local place for a delicious lunch with a view. He was very accommodating for our multiple stops for ice cream, and helped us buy boat and show tickets. Leo was patient when I was shopping and helped me communicate with shop owners. He was prompt, spoke English well, had a clean car, and drove safely. Highly recommend.

Leo was again (because we did another tour with him the day before) well organised and made our day worth the walk! Starting with the Elephant Trunk Hill (fabulous view over the city), we then walked around the lake which was really busy (Golden Week!!) but so full of characters. From there, we went thanks to the driver to the Reed Flute Cave: a must see if you are in Guilin. If you are right on time, you will see two shows (creation of the cave on the ceiling and a ballet part displayed on a screen). Leo organised lunch in a local restaurant (food was amazing!) and from there, we drove to Daxu which was a lovely old village next to the river Li (I think). Full of local markets with plenty to buy and to visit. Back to the hotel around 4.30pm (we left at 9.30) and I can tell you we saw a lot and did a lot too. Again, Leo is very proactive, well organised, careful about his guests and the driver is great. Really really recommend this company if you plan a couple of days in Guilin and surroundings.
