We loved this tour! We got to try the most prominent Peruvian foods (delicious) at beautiful restaurants in Barranco. Marcos, the guide, is so knowledgable about worldwide gastronomy, and he introduced all the ingredients used in the Peruvian cuisine to us, when we also tried local fruits and chocolate. We highly recommend this tour to everyone, ideally at the beginning of the stay in Lima. Thank you, Marcos!!

This was a great tour! I learned so many things I didn’t think I’d need to know to fully appreciate Peruvian cuisine. Our guide Marco was so knowledgeable and helpful teaching us about the spices and flavors and even telling us stories behind some of the dishes we had. The food was amazing as well. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone coming to Lima!

Thank you, Aura, for sharing your knowledge and joy of Barranco with us. From local fruits, coffee, empanadas, Lomo Saltado, Anticuchos, Ceviche, Pisco sours and gelato, everything was amazing. The sightseeing and art galleries in between were a special treat. Be sure to show up hungry and you’ll leave full of wonderful memories!

This tour is an absolute must for any foodie who wants to learn about Peruvian cuisine. The overall content of the tour was well planned, and structured. Our guide was professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. He introduced us to the main ingredients of Peruvian cuisine and some of the more popular dishes, and took us to some great venues to learn more about their preparation. It's worth starting the tour with an empty stomach
