What To Expect
After booking, you will receive a confirmation with all transfer details. For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight in real time to adjust the pickup time in case of delays. Upon landing at Lisbon Airport (LIS), your professional driver will meet you at the official Meeting Point in the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign with your name. Assistance with luggage is always included. For departures, your driver will pick you up directly at your hotel, accommodation, or specified address at the scheduled time. We recommend being ready 10 minutes before pickup. The journey between Lisbon and Óbidos or Caldas da Rainha takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. During the ride, enjoy a comfortable, private, door-to-door service in a premium vehicle with an experienced local driver. Upon arrival, your driver will ensure a smooth and safe drop-off at your destination.

5.00I couldn’t recommend TOPTOUR Portugal enough , my flight was delayed coming in , they waited for me with no extra charge, I made a mistake on my location and without any hesitation my driver said that’s perfectly fine and took me to the correct destination which was an extra 10 minutes for him. Highly recommend!

But to my surprise, the driver from Toptour Portugal was still there, waiting patiently and super professional. 5.00I’ve done two trips with TOPTOUR now and I’m very satisfied with both times. I used them mainly as a transportation to and from the airport in Lissabon. But I chose this company over other much bigger and common taxi services because I’ve had bad experiences with others before and haven’t felt safe. And also I much rather support a local Portuguese company while in Portugal. Both trip were smooth and easy. But my return trip in particular with driver Michel Meyl was extraordinary. The communication, he was early (which was a plus when you’re going to an airport), he shook my hand, asked if the temperature was good in the car and overall very friendly. This company’s drivers are also very well dressed which gives me feeling of professionalism. And even if I chose their smallest car option, sedan, it was plenty of space, very clean and big luggage storage. I have never felt so safe before which is a huge deal as a solo female traveler. I would recommend this company, and especially Michel to anyone coming to Portugal.
