For your sail, you will depart from the Frederiksted pier on our beloved 63ft custom catamaran, Jolly Mon. Watch Frederiksted and her surrounding beaches from a distance as we sail along the beautiful West End of St. Croix. Depending on the winds, we sometimes round Sandy Point to look for sea turtle tracks! While you sail, you can enjoy live music from local and visiting bands, experience exceptional service from our professional crew, and delight on unlimited rum punch!

What To Expect

Listen to live music by local musicians, enjoy unlimited rum punch made with real Cruzan Rum (or fruit punch or water) and relax for your 2-hour sail on the calm, idyllic waters of the West End! This unique sailing excursion is not to be missed!

5.00This was our 4th year doing this and it never gets old. Wonderful crew, plentiful rum punch and Steve Katz is nothing short of phenomenal. He is incredibly talented. We were lucky to be on a cruise w his girlfriend and her family who were delightful to chat with but it is so easy to make friends and converse with most folks as well. This is always a highlight of our trip! Highly recommend

5.00I have been on many Lyric Sails and every time I go, I think to myself “why don’t you go more often?” The ship is cool, the crew is great, the sail is smooth and breath-taking. I’ve taken many people who aren’t real comfortable on boats – this is easy, beautiful and fun. Not one has ever had an issue. Even if the sunset isn’t super clear – it’s still fun. Worth every penny of $70. I always go when Mercy Child is playing (Tuesdays and Saturdays for the past several years), and that’s when the experience goes next level. Mercy Child is an extremely talented guitar player, singer, and artist. The man is so talented that you have to be a bit surprised by how good he is. Then you have to be awestruck by how lucky you are to be sitting on this boat in the Caribbean, drinking free drinks, listening to this incredibly talented artist put his heart and soul into every song he plays. Yes he does requests, and yes he has his own songs (ask for Life in St. Croix), but no matter what – he gives it his all. From semi-obscure songs from back in the day – he chose to close with Round Here by the Counting Crows, to semi-obscure songs of today – I was floored that he did Astrovan by Mt. Joy – he mixes genres and time periods like the pro that he is. No, they don’t pay me to write these reviews, but it’s been 5 years since I wrote the last one and I’ve been on countless Lyric Sails with MC in that time. Never gets old. Twice I’ve gone when others were singing. The sail is always great, but for me the magic happens when Mercy is playing.

5.00This is a fun evening trip on a catamaran that sails the shores of Frederiksted...with some rum punch to enjoy! Music was great and set a relaxing mood to view the coast from the water. Will do this again if I get the chance.
