This tour will take us, together with a local guide, to discover the real Padua. We will take a walk around the city to discover the most important views and monuments. We will see Prato della Valle, the Basilica of Sant'Antonio or "Il Santo", destination of millions of pilgrims every year and a romantic mix of styles and cultures from all corners of the world. Along the cobbled streets and medieval porticoes we will reach the beating heart of the historic center. We will see the ancient Ghetto of the city which, with its narrow streets and clubs, has become a meeting place for young students. Then the squares, Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza della Frutta with views of the Palazzo della Ragione and often enlivened by the market stalls and the swarming of people under the "Hall". We will reach Piazza dei Signori, a meeting place for Paduans for an aperitif and once the home of the city's lords. Palazzo Bo, seat of the University of Padua. We will conclude the tour with a "Padua-style" tasting.

It was a pleasure to spend a few hours in Nico’s company. The tour was very informative, we asked questions and never felt rushed. Nico is very nice and attentive person who loves his city. He works for a small local tour company. Next time we are in Veneto region we will go on other tours they offer. Highly recommended!

Nicolà was an absolutely outstanding guide! From the very beginning, it was clear that he is not only highly professional but also truly passionate about what he does. The tour od Padua and the surrounding area that he organized for us was perfect - well-planned,informative, and at the same time pleasantly relaxed. Nicolà showed us the historical and cultural gems of the city while adding plenty of interesting facts and stories we would never have discovered on out own. His knowledge of local history, art, and architecture was truly impressive. On top of that, he had a great sense of humor and created a friendly, welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire tour. We highly recommend Nicolà to anyone who wants to explore this beautiful city and its surroundings on a deeper level - with Nicolà, it’s an unforgettable experience! Thank you, Nicolà! ☺️

Nico is an expert like no other! We were so lucky to book his tour and again just to be the two of us. To be a part of a small group is wonderful and the three hours flew by. Thank you Nico!

I highly recommend contacting Lo Vivo Tour to visit Padua. You go around like a local, listening not only to info about the city but also nice anecdotes and valuable tips. Top experience at Pedrocchi cafe (never again without a pedrocchino😜). A special round of applause for Nicola.
