This was an easy trip. Tickets were easy to buy on line. There's a nice cafe whilst you wait for the ferry. Outside the terminal is the statue of the Fab Four which gives you a great opportunity to take some photos. By downloading the app on board the ferry you were able to have a full guide of the Mersey. The Liverpool architecture was beautiful to see and although I'm not an Everton fan you get to see their new stadium.

Interesting excursion well worth going for when in town. Tickets direct from the operator at the office by the jetty are well priced and there were no queues. The trip was just right time wise and the audio commentary, provided via scanning a QR code and the listening through yoor phone was interesting and worked well. If the weather is dry suggest sitting outside to really get a taste of the area but if cold and windy then snuggle down indoors where a small cafe offers drinks and snacks. All in all a great way to learn a little more about the imporatnce of Liverpool and the river Mersey in historical Britain.

Fun ride, feels like we with Gerry and the Pacemakers crossing the Mersey. The water was really choppy but you could hardly tell.

Really enjoyed this trip, I highly recommend it and also using the QR code to listen to the history of the area whilst sailing down the Mersey, really interesting. Soft and alcohol drinks are available to purchase on board at reasonable prices.

Ferry on the Mersey, has to be done. You get a seaview of the Liverpool dock area. And can enjoy a Prosecco while you do it .

I had a wonderful first experience with my mom, and I truly enjoyed it—didn't want to get off, haha! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the boat is disability-friendly. It was also very clean and offered food and drinks on board. The other passengers were lovely as well. We will definitely be back again, and it was reasonably priced, too!

If you book together with the buss trip you get a bit discount. Both are great opportunity to discover the city but if you do t want to go by city buss you can walk it’s not that far ! The Liverpool cathedral it’s a must

I did the 50 minute tour and it was lovely in the hot weather to be out on the water and seeing lots of liverpools sights on such a fun coloured ferry I really enjoyed it. Only downside was there is no guide onboard. You can scan a qr code which is fine, but I couldn't find anywhere to scan it near to where I was sat on the boat without giving up my seat when it was very crowded. Therefore I ended up not hearing anything which was a shame as I love history. Still a fantastic ferry ride though and something everyone should do at least once if they are in liverpool. The staff were also very friendly especially the guys on the dock when we were boarding they were saying hello and chatting to everyone which was lovely.

I took the 50‑Minute Mersey River Cruise on the afternoon of Sunday 24th May, and it was a wonderfully relaxing and scenic experience. The colourful ferry was fairly full, yet it never felt crowded or overwhelming, and I was lucky enough to find a perfect spot on the top deck at the front of the boat. From there, I enjoyed some of the best views of Liverpool’s docks, waterfront, and iconic landmark buildings — all bathed in beautiful weather that made the city shine from the water. I was pleasantly surprised to see that some locals use the ferry as a practical way to cross the Mersey, but for me it was a peaceful, interesting, and thoroughly enjoyable way to spend an hour of my Sunday afternoon. A gentle, charming experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Liverpool.
