5.00Professional service, amazing experience and hustle free. We got delayed for the experience but the booking team rebooked us on a later trip with no issues. The trip itself was perfect for the family considering we had an infant with us. It meant we could enjoy the lake without having to walk extensive hours to see the castle.

5.00It's a very chill ride. Takes you through the beautiful Loch Ness with stunning views of Urquhart Castle (my favorite part). It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's worth it. There is an interesting history audio that plays for part of the trip. You can sit inside or outside on the boat.

5.00It rained while we were on the boat but inside was warm and very roomy and the windows were massive. The narrator was very informed of the history of the Loch and everything around it. I would recommend this one hour cruise for anyone with a short vacation span. We only had two days in Inverness.

5.00The trip was very professionally organised. We were picked up by coach from Inverness and dropped off to catch ship for a 1 hour trip up Lochness. Ship was clean, with comfortable seats, tables bar area in enclosed deck. Toilets also on board. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were dropped off at Urquhart Castle ruins which was interesting and beautifully kept. Plenty of time to look around gift shop or visit cafe if you wanted to. The same coach driver met us there to drive us leisurely back a different way to Inverness. Driver, John, chatted and imparted local knowledge while driving too. Very enjoyable trip and would recommend - 3.5 hours in total.

5.00Really lovely staff, the trip was really easy and straight forward from booking the trip to boarding onto the cruise boat. Toilets and gift shop right next to the loch also. We had a brilliant time
