Great way to be on Loch Ness, hear some stories and see the castle. A 1 hr trip covers a lot. And options to be inside or outside.

We are a group of 55 ladies and had a day trip to Inverness. The Jacobite cruise was a definite highlight! The booking was made so easy and there is someone at the end of the phone if you need help! We arrived and were greeted with the biggest smile. We were ushered onto the boat and left on time. The boat cruises down the Loch, so no fear of feeling sick. You can sit inside in the warm or venture outside whenever you like. There were 3 very clean toilets on board, they had plenty of room with soap and a hand drier. The boat also had a bar, tea, coffee and snacks/cakes available. The commentator was excellent, he spoke through a mic and was very clear and funny. He educated us on the Loch and various sights to see, which was extremely interesting. The cruise lasted one hour and when we disembarked, we had a look at the shop, which had everything highland! There was also a beautiful restaurant and even more toilets. There was also an ice cream parlour and some highland cows. A wonderful afternoon, well worth the money! Definitely 5 stars from all the ladies .

We were the group that came on board with nine dogs and nine people, and from the very first moment we felt genuinely welcome. The kindness, warmth, and friendliness of the entire crew were truly exceptional. Traveling with dogs can sometimes feel stressful, but the team made both humans and dogs feel completely comfortable and included. That level of hospitality is something very special. A special thank you to Malcolm, our speaker and guide during the cruise. He made the tour incredibly lively, entertaining, and memorable with his warm personality and engaging storytelling. Thank you so much to the entire team for such a wonderful experience on the loch. We will remember it very fondly.

Nice cruise! Safe and comfortable and well handled. The only thing I would mention is the stop to let visitors off at Urquart castle took 20 minutes away from our cruise time.

We spent a relaxing hour cruising on Loch Ness aboard the dog friendly Jacobite Warrior. The Clansman Harbour was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Arrive early if you want to get a closer parking space. There's a shop, toilets and a cafe to keep you occupied while you wait. The boat was modern and clean and the crew were helpful and friendly. The on board commentary was excellent. We sat outside on the way out (wrap up warm, it can get quite chilly even in the sunshine) we then moved inside on the return leg to get out of the breeze and watch the sonar. It was interesting to see the depths change as we moved along the loch, sadly no sign of Nessie though! There's a small well stocked bar serving hot and cold drinks and a few snacks. I'd happily recommend Jacobite cruises.
