This tour was awful. It was an hour, but all we did was drive a bunch of people over to the dock at the castle and drop them off and pick some other people up and then went back to our dock. It was as if we had jumped on their water taxi instead of a tour. There was some info being piped out of the speakers, but we couldn't hear anything because most people were just getting a ride to the castle and didn't care about the tour so they talked through it. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic! Easy to find location wise, and very informative about the Loch and Urquhart Castle. I would not use a large company to book a tour, drive yourself there and purchase a ticket on site.

We came as a group of friends in May, it was easy to book online and the check in was easy too. The trip itself was great, lovely views of the loch and the castle and interesting information from the guides. Food and drink facilities on board were good too and the boat trip was just the right length for what we wanted.

We just wanted to get out on the lake, find Nessy, and head in. It was fine overall- but crowded. The top deck is filled with seats and pretty full. Not such a big deal except that the speakers explaining interesting information about the lake and Scotland in general were not very loud and the passengers were. Many did not speak English so they didn't care to listen but even those who did just talked over it. Would have been nice to hear what they were saying. And we didn't find Nessy...

The ferry was warm and comfortable and most importantly it has a bar! (Crew very friendly too but who cares when you have onboard bar)🤓🥰

Enjoyed the beautiful views of Urquhart Castle. Nice relaxing trip. Plenty seating outside and inside. Tea and coffee were available to buy as well as soft snd alcoholic drinks.

Professional service, amazing experience and hustle free. We got delayed for the experience but the booking team rebooked us on a later trip with no issues. The trip itself was perfect for the family considering we had an infant with us. It meant we could enjoy the lake without having to walk extensive hours to see the castle.

We enjoyed the boat tour. We do wish the audio was louder as it was challenging to hear the information that was being shared.

It's a very chill ride. Takes you through the beautiful Loch Ness with stunning views of Urquhart Castle (my favorite part). It's nothing fancy, but for the price it's worth it. There is an interesting history audio that plays for part of the trip. You can sit inside or outside on the boat.
