The cruise was nice, wish we would have had time for a longer cruise. We really learned a lot about the history and geography of the Loch. Bring a jacket, it can get a little chilly.

We absolutely loved our ons hour boat tour of Loch Ness with the stop at Urquhart Castle. The tour boat included seating both inside and outside which was helpful when it got a wee bit wet and windy. The staff were very polite and knowledgeable. We underestimated how long it would take to drive from Aberdeen to Inverness but the tour guides were extremely accommodating offering to move us to a later tour time. Very generous!

Not worth the money. Couldn't hear the audio comments. You're going to Urquhart Castle and back, that's it. Would definitely not recommend.

We were on their 50 min boat trip on Loch Ness overlooking the castle from the boat. It was a really good experience - the place was easy to find, free parking nearby and the recording with information running on the speakers, was really good. We had two 4-year-olds with and the trip is excellent for kids too. We would recommend it:).

We booked the 50-minute "Inspiration" Jacobite Cruise on Loch Ness with views of Urquhart. The instructions were super clear and even though there was a ton of passengers there was still plenty of room and we got a whole indoor table/benches to ourselves. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The "guide" was pre-recorded and shared over the intercom. For us, they offered just the right amount of information. A whole bus of 40 seniors arrived past departure time and I was very surprised that they were nice enough to wait for them. The views were gorgeous, indoor and outdoor seating available, and just the right amount of time to enjoy the loch & views of the castle. We had booked a tour of the Urquhart Castle directly following the cruise and it was the perfect morning!

Great tour beer so you get sailed a little on Loch Ness. You can sit inside or outside, and there is a bar on board. Nice staff and good guide.

Horrible service. My bus from Inverness city center to the meeting point was exactly 2 minutes late. The pick up was supposed to be at 4:15 PM and I reached the pick up area at exactly 4:17 PM thanks to the delayed bus. I had called the helpline number at least 5-7 times appraising them of the bus delay and that I'd be there in less 5 minutes from the scheduled time. They, however, DID NOT help in any manner and did not even ask the ferry to wait for just 2 minutes. They refused to offer a refund on the ticket to top it off! Definitely avoid their service!!

Well worth it . Amusing commentary at times . Lots of info. Only downside is return is repetitive, but not much anyone can do about that. Option of exploring Urquhart castle looked interesting. Didn’t do because wasn’t aware of the option.

THE PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!!!! Leave extra time, our boat left without us as the parking lot was full and the overflow is a LONG ways away and quite the hike up and down a few inclines. The boat part was fine but plan ahead and do not assume you can just pull up and pack. And if you have mobility issues you cannot use the overflow lot.
