The staff was very accommodating to us..I took some of my brother's ashes and they were kind to let us spread them in front of Uquart Caatle. Made my memories very special.

We arrived late for our 11:00 cruise, but they happily updated our booking for 12:00 with no extra charge. There was an overflow carpark, which also helped. The views were amazing and the history of the lock was played on the speakers. Well worth it.

Spacious cruise, plenty of comfortable seating inside or on the top deck. Refreshments on board if you require. Friendly informative staff, wonderful views of the lock and close up to Urquhart Castle, I would definitely take this boat cruise again.

It’s a nice one hour scenic view of the lock Ness. It is not interactive and the information is played by recorder

Lovely cruise along Loch Ness, slightly windy but weather was nice and dry. Went to Urquhart castle and back. Saw Nessie so very fortunate. Takes an hour. Friendly staff, recommend

It was barely an hour, but the weather and nature was amazing. The boat was clean and there was a coffee shop on board.

What a lovely experience! We were running late and when I called, they were so very gracious and simply moved us to another cruise the same day. We were so grateful they were willing to accommodate us! Every staff member we met was kind and friendly and clearly enjoys their job. I do wish we had been able to do a 2-hour cruise as the 1-hour goes by so fast and includes fewer sights. We really enjoyed the commentary during the trip and loved learning the history and lore. We were disappointed by other patrons who made it difficult to hear the narration with their conversations. Would definitely recommend this experience and this company to anyone visiting the area. If we are able to come back in the future we plan to do a much longer tour.

Took the cruise with the kids (12/10/8) and they loved it! With eyes peeled on the water for any possible sightings, they told some great facts about the Loch and the history of the castle! Well worth the money x

It was a nice ferry trip on the Loch Ness but very short and not very informative. If only it could pass a couple of other history spots.

We undertook a cruise on the loch but were not blessed with very good weather, It was raining for most of the cruise so the visibility was very poor. However, we did see the stunning Urquhart Castle. It would obviously be better to take this trip in fine weather.
