Very informative. Very friendly staff. Beautiful views all around. Couldn't go to the castle due to snow but they arranged a refund promptly.

My favourite thing that I did in Inverness, well worth the money as we experienced the river cruise, castle and loch ness centre. Also, coach driver John was great.

The cruise was great. The staff was very friendly and the commentary as we cruised the lochs was informative, interesting and fun. The Loch Ness museum was great!! Loved the imaginative and artful way the information was provided in each room. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The castle ruins were interesting. Would have been better to start at the information center since it was (unbeknownst to our group) all self-guided. That brings me to the overall package. While we appreciated the transportation to and from the different sites, there were things that were not so good. First, we were never welcomed by the driver—he never even told us his name. Second, there was no tour guide at all to welcome and accompany us or make any commentary on the rides in the coach. Third, even though we were a small group, we had gotten our tickets thru three different sites. My daughter and I paid $40 more than the other pairs for the same experience. Advice—shop around.

Beautiful cruise and stop at the castle. Be advised when you offboard at the castle, another group loads onto the boat you vacate. We were not asked to take all of our belongings with us and we left umbrellas and food on board. When we reboarded, the umbrellas were stolen but our food was in the rubbish bin on the boat. Crew was evasive, commenting they knew nothing about it but also saying they threw away our food.

Plans may change depending on weather conditions. Linda handled this really well and rescheduled so we didn't miss any of the tour features.

We loved our tour and getting to be out on the water looking for Nessie. This was a must do for our honeymoon and it was made better by exploring the castle. If it had just been the boat tour I feel it would have been a little boring as the narration is not live.

We loved every minute of our tour. Everything was well organised, we got picked up from the Inverness Bus Station and then hopped on the boat to Urquhart Castle. The views on the loch are stunning. On the way back we got picked up from Urquhart Castle and visited the Loch Ness Centre which is dedicated to the Nessie Legend. Our tour guide John was very friendly and welcoming. He made our experience even more special by telling us about some nice local walks as well as making a quick additional stop to see the Highland cattle since we were a small group. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to see the local highlights any the area during a short stay.
