This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We met the bus at a convenient location in Inverness and left on time. Our driver was informative about things we saw along the way, and we loved his sense of humor. Arriving at the dock, boarding the boat with tickets we had been given by the bus driver was easy. The cruise was beautiful, and the information given about various sights along the way was useful and informative. Also appreciated the hot chocolate on board for purchase - it was yummy! The time we were given to spend at the castle ruins was perfect; we had plenty of time to explore, peruse the gift shop and use the bathroom. Back on the bus, our driver took a different way home, stopping at a field so we could get off the bus and see some hairy coos (probably my favorite part!). Highly recommend!

The tour itself is nice. Definitely recommended. The coach driver we had, alas, had a sour and sarcastic disposition and spoke non-stop.

Good tour only complaint is time at castle could have been longer. Our driver was entertaining and informational.

We got on at the Clansman Hotel pier and the staff were terrific. We got there early as we did not want to use the overflow car park, but, there was plenty of parking available anyway. Great commentary on the boat and easy boarding and disembarking. Urquhart Castle was quite busy for the 10.00 am cruise, so they may get even more busy later on. Loved every minute and highly recommended.

Nice activity, with nature doing its part on stunning views on Loch Ness. The bus driver / guide and boat guide were very nice and shared some interesting insights! However, the tour should have been a bit longer - we had to rush through Urquhart Castle without reading the signs to make it back to the bus in time. Other than that, we had a great time!

This was a well organised trip in a comfortable coach and, especially boat. Loch Ness and Urquhart castle didn’t disappoint, but for me the highlight was the quirky, amusing and informative commentary from the coach driver
