Easy to book on the website, clarity of information and communication. The meeting point easy, friendly the driver and then arrival at the jetty is pleasant. The staff on board the boat were very friendly and pleasant, the trip is beautiful, Loch Ness and its landscapes are beautiful, the Castle although in ruins, looks imposing from the Loch and the visit is very charming. The return enjoyable, although the stop for the Nessy Museum I think is badly exploited, the video is too extensive and there is almost no time to visit the shops or consume a coffee; except the above, everything else, just expectacular!

This was the perfect way to explore Loch Ness!! I thoroughly enjoyed the boat tour and it helped that the weather was fantastic. Urquhart castle was a must and it was the perfect amount of time to explore. And the museum was a fun way to end the experience!

The boat trip across Loch Ness was beautiful. Cozy crew on board. The castle actually turned out to be a huge ruin. The location is beautiful. The Loch Ness visitor center nicely designed. Kind of childish and dated. One goes overboard to maintain a mystery. Does it exist or not
