I was kind of confused about website I booked paying £404 thinking it was a cruise around Loch Ness but turned out to be a coach trip. I turned up with 4 plus dog and wasn’t allowed on coach no refund as of yet

Lovely tour, included key destinations and attractions to visit while staying in Inverness. Karen the Bus driver nsd tour guide was so lovely, knowledgeable and kept telling us stories, histories and facts as we drove to the different places. The tour is reasonably priced for what u get, including a visit to the Urquhart castle, and the cruise so definitely worth it!! The tour is well-organized and timely, with easy instructions and easily accessible start and end points from the city centre

A little bit too long. The battlefield was too long. And the part we paid for was not what we expected. A lot of reading. And the only parts I found interesting were the weapon displays and the video room with the actual battle. We could of dropped at least one site.

I had a wonderful day on this tour, and I want to commend the professionalism of Karen, our tour guide. She quickly introduced us to many aspects of history and gave us plenty of recommendations for a great time in Inverness. The only downside I can think of is the excessively long stops—I suppose this varies from person to person, but for me, each detour from the bus was too long, and I managed to see everything in half the allotted time, and then just waited for them to let us back on the bus. This was especially evident during the stop at the whiskey shop; there was simply nothing to do there, and lots of people were waiting in the hot sun. Otherwise, I had a wonderful, eventful and adventurous day, and I thank our colorful guide, Karen, for that.

Iain was an amazing tour guide. He told lots of stories and history without making it boring! I loved the tour, it was nice time wise and loved that we were able to see everything I wanted to in this tour. Only wish the tickets for culloden were included in the price of the tour. Otherwise had a great time! Again, iain was great!
