Departing Edinburgh, travel north into Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, with a relaxed morning refreshment stop in the Highland town of Callander.

This was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Ron, was a fountain of knowledge. He was engaging and very hospitable. The tour itself was a wonderful opportunity to sample a flavour of The Highlands on what happened to be a beautiful day. Plenty of photo opportunities. We packed in a lot of sightseeing and visits. All in all a wonderful day out and an experience which we would repeat. A little more time in Fort Augustus would have been preferable to allow those who wanted to go on the Loch Ness boat ride plenty of time for lunch beforehand.

The guide is very knowledgeable. He knows almost everything about the Highlands, no matter it’s a historical story or a specific species in the area. He had almost never stopped his introduction to everything that just passed by our coach during his driving. He is not only done a great job, but he’s Passionate in his work.

Wow! What a day trip! The sights along the way were so beautiful. Kyle was extraordinary. I’ve never had a tour guide talk mostly the whole time and give so much information. It was insanely impressive and so appreciated!

The pick up was seamless, the coach was really comfortable & Stuart, our tour guide, was great. The scenery is incredible and you have time for an optional cruise on Loch Ness, which I really enjoyed. It’s a long day of driving, but you get to see a lot of the highlands in a single day. Highly recommended!!

Kyle, our driver, was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful beyond measure and entertaining. We learned so much about Scottish history, the Gaelic language and he made it fun and memorable. We enjoyed the countryside very much, and visiting the Highland Coos was a total treat ... thank you, Kyle! The Loch Ness boat tour was a bit disappointing, but the remainder of the tour made up for it. We met a great group of fellow travelers as well. We highly recommend this tour, and Kyle specifically.

The Scottish Highlands are indescribably beautiful. You have to see them to believe it. This was a small bus tour - just the perfect amount of people. Sandy gave us a lively account of historic events and interesting geological facts.
