5.00This tour was exquisite! Andrea was the perfect guide- letting us do as much or as little as we wanted. He bought us to all of the best spots for photos and kept us on time to get back to the ship on the timetable that we wanted. From start (including the pre tour logistics communications) to finish it was perfection. Andrea went the extra mile and got us a minibus so that we didn’t have to be in 2 separate cars and that made a world of difference. We (all 12 of us) would recommend this tour to anyone going to the Lofoten Islands.

5.00Our guide Alicia was super welcoming and knowledgable. Together with our skilled and kind minibus driver, she led our extended family group through beautiful spots (Ramberg, Reine, Å and Vikten) at a comfortable pace and made the most of our precious time. Three generations were thrilled with the amazing scenery and we also were lucky to have a day with spectacular weather.

5.00We booked a day private tour with Heart of Lofoten. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - responsive and helpful. Sadly, we are no longer able to go because the ship can’t dock in Leknes due to the conditions, but Heart of Lofoten very kindly refunded our money without question. We will definitely book again when we come back, and really recommend this company for a hassle free and risk free booking. Many thanks!

5.00We had booked a full day shore excursion, as well as an evening tour to view the Northern Lights. Unfortunately, due to weather, our ship had to cancel our port stop in Gravdal. Heart of Lofoten was very accommodating and promptly refunded our full payments for both tours to the credit card which had been charged. They went above and beyond what they were required to do. I hope to make my way to Lofoten Islands one day, and I will not hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommend!

5.00Love the flexibility of this company. I let the know as soon as we found out our cruise ship was not going to make port the next day and pleasantly suprised to get a full refund. I believe their policy was to not refund deposit and so supeised when they did . They were very easy to work with, especially for handicap people. I found some of the companies in the area would not accept mobility scooter users on their tours and this company was happy to! Will use again in the future.

5.00We booked both day and chasing lights night tours with Heart of Lofoten. They offer excellent choices and were very easy to communicate. Sadly at last minute our cruise ship has to cancel the port of call due to poor weather condition. They immediately refunded our money. Highly highly recommend this company.
