Great walking tour! Ashley was very informative and friendly. Time was allowed to take pictures and take in the sites. It was also nice to meet and converse with people in the group..

My sister and I took this tour on our first day in London, and it was an excellent way to see an overall round up of the main sights of the city. It was a slow-paced, long tour (about five hours or so), and we moved at a leisurely speed, so it's easy enough for most people to participate in, but wear comfortable shoes since it's a long afternoon with lots to see! Our guide, Benedict, was enthusiastic, animated, and added a lively energy to our tour. He shared a lot of personal anecdotes, as well as interesting fun facts about all the various landmarks we visited. I highly recommend this tour as a "first activity" so you can really get a good lay of the land and learn about which spots you'd like to really dive into later on in your trip. Thank you, Benedict!

Nicholas was awesome tour guide and kept us entertained and moving for the full 5 hours. I’m glad we did this tour early so we know what to go back to now. Highly recommend.

Our guide was Moussa Ching. Very friendly and personable. Was constantly making sure the group was sticking together and no one was getting left behind. However, not particularly knowledgeable in response to questions (“great question, I don’t know”) outside of the prepared tour dialogue of stories, and some information presented was incorrect. Unfortunately, the London Marathon was also scheduled the day of our tour. This prevented us from many stops including Changing of the Guard and Westminster Abbey, which were our primary reason for booking this tour in the first place. I feel that Viator (or the guide company) should have known about the Marathon, and mentioned that it would interrupt the tour on the website. Our guide was unprepared on the route and did not know where we would be able to go and where we would be rerouted. He was very apologetic, but that doesn’t change the fact that we didn’t get to see what was advertised and what we paid for.

A great experience. Tanya is wonderful. She gives a lot of information about history of London and she told us a lot of funny stories. I suggest to everyone to choose this tour.
