Absolutely wonderful tour!! Jason was an exceptional tour guide. He provided us with a wealth of knowledge, while keeping us moving & laughing. Our entire group had the best time on the tour!

Wonderful tour. But don’t go before the London marathon. Streets were crowded and cordoned off in prep for the race. It was hard to enjoy with so many detours. Some sites we could not access. Not the tour operators fault at all.

This one was a huge disappointment and I have successfully used Viator for multiple trips in multiple countries but the tour operator completely missed the mark this go around. They failed to plan for the route closures that occur the day before the London Marathon (which occurs every year) and we spent a good amount of time backtracking and standing around. The guide was even relying on intel from a guest as to what route may be open - never a good sign. This could have been avoided had they had the common courtesy to let the customers know that there would be these challenges and should consider another day or different tour. Under normal circumstances this is probably a good tour, but the failure to plan around a known event in their city was either incompetence or simply a money grab. Either way, poor experience that day.
