Our guide, Ashley, was great! He knew all the best places to stand to see the changing of the guard, the horses and other sights. This was a great way to see this part of London from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey and the area in between.

Everything my wife and I ever expected and then some. 21 days (15 on trans Atlantic Cruise and 6 in London) on vacation and this was by far my favorite tour. The beauty and history of what we saw was fascinating. But, what made it so great was our tour guide, Will. Young, knowledgeable, humorous, full of energy and very gregarious. London Top Sights Tours picked a winner with Will and because they picked a winner, our whole group did too!

We met our guide, Connor S., at the Ritz hotel. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept our needs in mind as we saw Big Ben, Buckingham palace, and St James palace. We stuck around a few extra minutes at B’ham palace in case the King went by. He didn’t , but it was Connor’s local knowledge that alerted to the possibility. Connor got us positioned well for all the guard changes and warned us of the pickpockets. The tour includes Buckingham palace and Big Ben but you just walk past them. No interior views. Our tour also included Westminster Abbey once Connor’s tour was over. The Abbey is a must see. We were very happy with the tour, price, and Connor!

It is a lot of walking but you cover so many sites, it is well worth the steps. Our tour guide Connor was incredibly knowledgeable and had us perfectly positioned for the changing of the guards.

Our guide was Tim and he was engaging and thorough in presenting the history in sites we visited and residences of contemporary royals. The only issue for me was the fast pace of walking, However the other participants kept up.

Will was fantastic. He brought the entire tour to life with a great mix of humor and deep knowledge of each site. One of the biggest highlights was how he positioned us for the Changing of the Guard. We had an incredible view without having to deal with the heavy crowds, which made a huge difference for our family. Even though we had visited some of the locations the night before, Will added so much context and storytelling that it felt like a completely different experience. It was the difference between quickly seeing something and truly understanding it. Highly recommend this tour and especially Will as a guide.
