5.00On a whim, we decided to embark on a Golden Tour Christmas lights excursion, which also included a general city tour. The experience was delightful as we rode on an open double-decker bus, and the weather was perfect for sightseeing. Our tour guide, Emma, was truly outstanding. She was engaging, cheerful, and a lot of fun, with a wealth of knowledge about London and UK history. This was one of the most fascinating and enjoyable tours I've ever taken during my frequent visits to the city. Additionally, Emma offered us several recommendations for other attractions to explore on our future visits, making the experience even more memorable. Despite the tour lasting nearly two hours due to traffic, it remained captivating and there wasn't a single dull moment. I highly recommend this tour!

2.00Bus involved in accident (not his fault). Poor communication from driver & tour guide to passengers. After 20 minutes, finally told to get off bus, “tour is over”. We had only been in London 4 hours & had no clue where we were! Refund request submitted. I’ll change this review when I hear from management. First part of tour was great. .

5.00My open top bus tour was absolutely lovely and one of the highlights of my trip. Seeing all of the famous locations with excellent commentary from our guide Robin who also threw a bit of comedy in for some laughs. Would also like to give props to the driver Muhammad as I was told it was only his second or third time and he drove really well.
