We went on a night bus tour with Beatrice the driver and Andy our guide...we booked this as we hate the earphones and would far prefer a real person....we were not disappointed. Andy was brilliant and very informative and was fascinating and funny at the same time. Highly recommend. Thank you.

It was a great tour. The tour guide was awesome. Only downside was that it was raining, so this made it slightly difficult to see everything.

DO NOT book. We were sent an address for meeting. Stood in the cold at this address and bus didn’t show up. Tried to contact the tour company…no response…contacted Viator and the tour group said they were late. Contacted tour group…said they were on time. Requested and refund and to no avail. Stand in the cold at the address they emailed and they didn’t show up until late. And now they are saying they changed the address for meeting place as well without notice, yet they say it’s our fault. Poor communication on your group fault.

The nighttime views of London were stunning and the route hit all the highlights. That said, the audio system made the commentary hard to follow, so we didn’t get the historical perspective we hoped for. Compared to other bus tours we’ve done, this one didn’t quite measure up—but still a scenic ride.

Despite the rain, we visited London by Night covered on the bus deck. Denken the driver and Dominic the Guide were very welcoming, friendly and we learned a lot about London.

The pick-up point given in the booking by email and in the app was wrong. It was fortunate we met a couple who rang the tour operator when the bus hadn't turned up and we were then given the correct location but advised the bus might be gone. Fortunately it wasn't. The change was due to roadworks which had obviously been ongoing for some time so the operator had plenty of time to change the location but didn’t. I suspect we weren't the first group impacted like this. The tour guide was informative, knowledgeable and quite entertaining, if you are fortunate enough to get on the bus!
If you have booked this tour, you're probably at the wrong pick-up point!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a great deal on the tour. Weather was an issue but we were able to sit under an overhang on the top of the bus.
