  We had a fun night with your guide Emma who was very knowledgeable of the historical sites she even pointed out lots people gathered outside a pub noting that this was permitted and the patrons couldn’t be fined

  We did the night tour last night with Tour Guide Emma and what an exceptional treat it was. Emma is so passionate about London and clearly gets joy from sharing her knowledge and experience with tour participants. She carefully crafts photo opportunities on the tour which meant it was easy to get some fabulous photos. We have done a number of these types of trips across the World and came away agreeing this was our favourite. Thanks for a fantastic and memorable night.

  Bus tour was interesting but at night you do miss the ability to see what guide is talking about due to dark, but it was great not having bad traffic. Guide knew a lot but after a while it became repetitive with statues of people you don’t know or care about and will not remember.

  Our tour guide Emma was wonderful. She put a personal spin on what is already an interesting and history city which really made the tour sparkle! Also shout out to Emmanuel who was really helpful and a smooth driver!

  Open Top London Bus Tour with Live Guide Bought tickets with the help of the chat agent as their website wasn't working properly. Showed up at the starting point 15 minutes early, and asked the staff member if this was the one with the live guide. "Yeah, I guess so, get on." I insisted on clarification, he consulted his phone and said, "Yeah, this should be it." Went upstairs and at the appointed time, the bus starts off with no live guide. At the first stop I asked the driver what was going on and was told the guide hadn't shown up, so we should WALK back to the starting point and wait for the next one in an hour. I pointed out my husband uses a cane and couldn't do that, so his suggestion was to stand there and wait for an hour. We had to get a cab back to the hotel and the afternoon was shot. Contacted customer service for a refund and get this: "Thank you for your response and for sharing your concerns with us. We are very sorry to hear how disappointed you were with your experience and fully understand the frustration caused by the inconvenience during your visit. We sincerely apologise again for the impact this had on your day and the additional expense you mentioned. After carefully reviewing your case, the 15% refund offered is the maximum goodwill gesture we are able to provide in this situation." Seriously?? My day was ruined, I had extra expenses, and they still think I should pay? After much back-and-forth with their BS, their final offer was 20% off. MY final offer was contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. Don't use this company - they have no honesty or integrity.

  I rated it so low because the directions for the pickup site are horrible. I and two other people were never picked up and when I called there was zero help. Poor customer service all around.

  Highly recommended. Emma was great, hilarious and knowledgeable. She and the driver went out of their way to make it a great tour. A must do for any London visit.

  A very enjoyable tour around London, on an open top bus. An excellent and very knowledgeable tour guide gave a great commentary, and some interesting stories and facts about the city. Great to see how London looks after dark.

  I would highly recommend the tour as the country commentary is very knowledgeable. The actual route was different due to road work but that’s totally out of their control and that’s the reason for 5 stars. They were very accommodating to several couples who wanted to be dropped off in certain areas of London. Would recommend and do this again. Andy Sydney
