5.00We were 45 minutes late for our time slot and it was like 90 degrees out and we were running to get there! They were so nice and just let us get on the next time slot! We went upstairs had a cool drink and we were called to take our turn. We had a wonderful guide who served us champagne and went around to greet and talk with all the guest! It was an air conditioned pod with about 20 people in it, with seats and gorgeous views! Would recommend!

5.00Lovely experience on our first London Eye ride. We opted for the champagne experience and it was excellent! Our guides, Rachel and Elias were friendly and very knowledgeable. Always willing to help the whole group with catching the best photos and orienting us to the geography of London. Rachel seemed to have encyclopedic knowledge of the area, which was more than we expected for this type of experience. Would definitely do again!

5.00The Champagne and VIP experience are worth it. The extra attention from the staff is great. Janes was a great host. Very warm and friendly. Shared many points about the city and eagerly answered our questions.
