5.00We had such an unexpectedly special exclusive experience having booked the champagne experience, but with no one else using the same time slot had an entire capsule to ourselves! We were treated like VIPs by out host Arnie who was a pleasure to chat to. Making memories for our ten year old, we didn’t want the circuit to end.

5.00It is a wonderful elevated experience, with a bar lounge available to wait until it’s your time to go onto the London eye! Romantic and all the feels! Sophie made it a wonderful time with her pleasant demeanor and of course the champagne!

5.00I definitely booked with luck because when we arrived to check in for the Champaign Experience we were told unless someone else booked before we were to go out, we'd have the pod to ourselves! A couple did book to be in the same pod, but it was just the three in my party, our host, and the celebrating couple! Tia, the host, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and funny, a great host. The ride itself was perfect. The day had been rainy and overcast, but by the time we were boarding, the sun came out! The views were amazing. We didn't take advantage of the special picture to buy later, mostly because we were too busy gawking out at the city! The staff checking us in was very nice, and we even got to wait in the VIP lounge (which was nice since it was a very windy, cold day). After the ride, we visited the gift shop and Matt was our cashier. He was very helpful and pleasant and gave us a tip about when to come back to see the lights in the evening. (We did and I got some beautiful pictures - thank you Matt!) Overall, it was a great experience. I'm glad I paid a little extra for my family to enjoy a bit of pampering since there was a fear of heights that was quickly forgotten due to the views!

5.00This was such a wonderful experience, we arrived & were directed to the lounge, which had lovely views of the Eye & Westminster, then we were taken directly onto the pod, no queues no fuss, our host Aisa, (hope I spelt her name right) was so lovely, friendly & very knowledgeable & an absolute credit to your team, we were joined by other couples who all made our experience enjoyable, such lovely memories made, well worth the money

5.00A brilliant experience, enjoyed waiting in the bar and not having to queue. Our guide for the event was really hospitable and knowledgeable. She provided a really good service, as did the lady on the desk! Far better than previous trips on the Eye that did not include the added extras!
