1.00We booked the Champagne Experience at the London Eye and paid £118, expecting a special and enjoyable occasion. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Before we even had the chance to enjoy the ride, my partner mispronounced the name of the champagne. Rather than politely correcting them or treating it as an innocent mistake Hollie made us feel embarrassed and unwelcome. To our shock, we were then told to leave. We had spent a significant amount of money on what was supposed to be a memorable experience, only to be treated with a complete lack of respect and customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, especially with unfamiliar pronunciations, and it should never result in customers feeling humiliated or being asked to leave. We left feeling upset, disappointed, and out of pocket. For a premium attraction that promotes hospitality and customer experience, this was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this experience based on how we were treated. I would suggest that anybody wanting to engage with the London eyes is not to at all cost . We would like our money back that you stole .

5.00We had amazing time at the London Eye. I did the champagne experience package for me, my mother and grandmother. The workers were so incredibly kind and accommodating to my grandmother. They escorted her to the lifts and made sure that she had everything that she needed. The guide that went with us for the champagne experience, AJ, was fun, charismatic, and kind. He really made the experience even more enjoyable. I was impressed with the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I would recommend booking the VIP experience if you are going with those who have limited/different mobility, as it gives you access to the fast lane. It was very nice that my grandmother didn’t have to stand and wait in line.

5.00What an absolutely fantastic experience on the London Eye! The champagne experience was the perfect way to take in the breathtaking views of London. A special thank you to Arnie, who made the experience even more memorable. He was energetic, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. He also took some amazing photos and made the entire experience feel fun, relaxed, and special. The views were incredible, the champagne added a touch of luxury, and Arnie’s enthusiasm and kindness truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting London. It was one of the highlights of my trip!

5.00We booked this champagne experience as a work night out and honestly it exceeded all our expectations. Chloe was our guide and made the whole evening really special. She greeted us in the VIP lounge with a warm,engaging manner, which continued throughout our experience. Chloe was very knowledgeable while pointing out the landmarks/buildings once we were on the eye and even had a few funny stories to share too! She had a good balance of knowing when to engage with us ( taking pictures, giving info) and when to stand aside and just leave us to enjoy the sights. Also I’d like to point out Ellie who greeted us on the desk, she was so welcoming and very friendly and Owen who was on the bar in the VIP lounge, he answered all our questions while we were waiting and again was super friendly. we were lucky enough to be on the Eye To see the sun setting over London which was a real treat. all in all we had a fantastic time and I would recommend this experience to anyone, you skip the queues, get to go up to the VIP lounge and the Champange at the top just makes the whole thing that little bit more special!!
