5.00We booked this champagne experience as a work night out and honestly it exceeded all our expectations. Chloe was our guide and made the whole evening really special. She greeted us in the VIP lounge with a warm,engaging manner, which continued throughout our experience. Chloe was very knowledgeable while pointing out the landmarks/buildings once we were on the eye and even had a few funny stories to share too! She had a good balance of knowing when to engage with us ( taking pictures, giving info) and when to stand aside and just leave us to enjoy the sights. Also I’d like to point out Ellie who greeted us on the desk, she was so welcoming and very friendly and Owen who was on the bar in the VIP lounge, he answered all our questions while we were waiting and again was super friendly. we were lucky enough to be on the Eye To see the sun setting over London which was a real treat. all in all we had a fantastic time and I would recommend this experience to anyone, you skip the queues, get to go up to the VIP lounge and the Champange at the top just makes the whole thing that little bit more special!!

We enjoyed 30 minutes of uninterrupted views over London, and her care and professionalism elevated the entire experience. From the very beginning, she stood out by expertly guiding our group from a very crowded staging area to the front of the queue, making the boarding process smooth and stress‑free. Once in the pod, Lucy continued to impress by pointing out key landmarks across the city and explaining their history and significance in a clear, engaging way. She thoughtfully highlighted aspects of UK and British culture, which was especially valuable for those of us visiting from abroad. Her commentary was informative without ever feeling overwhelming, and her warm, delightful manner made everyone feel welcome. What struck us most was her integrity and character. Lucy kindly declined personal gratuities and instead encouraged us to share our appreciation through feedback about the London Eye experience. 5.00We were escorted to a special bar area prior to the ride that allowed us to get a cocktail and snack. The waitresses (Holly was the best) were so kind and helpful. Our guide (Elle) was super bubbly, informative, and friendly. Overall, a very good experience. Opportunities for good photos and the 30 min went very quickly.

5.00Me and my friend had the champagne experience on st Patrick’s day and it was the most amazing day!! The staff were so lovely and kind to us. Answers all our questions and were an absolute pleasure to talk to. The girls on bar were so lovely and our guide was the sweetest!
