5.00Very smooth operation conducted by our genial hostess, although I didn’t rate the quality of the pre-flight photographs, which even cut one of us in half. Expensive too at £22 for two.

5.00I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to after our Champagne Experience on the London Eye. From the moment we stepped in, one member of the VIP team stood out. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly intuitive. I was having a difficult day emotionally, and without making a big deal of it or drawing attention, she made me feel completely at ease. She remembered my name, checked in on me quietly, and made the whole experience feel personal rather than scripted. At one point she offered a gentle, thoughtful toast, that honestly meant more to me than she’ll ever know. It turned what could have been a tough Christmas memory into something genuinely special. The service was flawless and the champagne never felt rushed. The small touches, including taking beautiful photos for us, made all the difference. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and truly cared for. This wasn’t just a tourist attraction. It felt like a human experience. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism Sophie Jo. I’ll remember this for a very long time. Merry Christmas.

5.00Everything was perfect. We love how easy the t was to get on and off. Anna was a wonderful guide that we enjoyed chatting with during the tour. Joshua in retail was helpful when we made our selections & we enjoyed chatting with him as well. He was the best!

5.00We couldn't visit London without climbing the famous London Eye. We did the VIP experience of Champagne 🥂 and it was unforgettable thanks to Grisel. We didn't understand anything and she was super friendly and attentive to us since before we got on the norse. She gave us an amazing tour guide, 10/10 as a translator and is also super nice! Without it the experience would not have been memorable as we did not understand the language at all and literally made our day. My family and I are so grateful to her.

4.00Had a really nice time on the London Eye champagne experience. Meghan, our host was lovely and gave just the right amount of information during our ride. The only slight negative was we had arrived very early to enquire where we needed to go. Although we were given correct information they did not tell us about the Sky Lounge where we could have comfortably waited while purchasing some refreshments / they lost out on some sales. We did find a nice bar fairly close by but it took us a while whereas we would have been happy in the Sky Bar. The Sky bar was where we had to actually meet our host but we didn’t knew that until we checked in and at that point we were told we didn’t have time to purchase a drink. However, overall it was a great experience and the night time views over London, with a glass of champagne in hand, were beautiful.

4.00So fun. The staff was friendly and the guide was amusing. ! We were only in London overnight - and it was the one excursion we knew we had to do!
