After your London Eye River Cruise take a 30 minutes flight on the London Eye capsule . Experience two views of London's landmarks.

Note that at the time of booking you will need to choose a timeslot, this is for your River Cruise Experience and this is the first experience you will take part. This cannot be changed.

You can then visit The London Eye up to 90 days after the first visit.

The London Eye portion of your ticket can be used within 90 days from the River Cruise date

Please note: Once the lead passenger name has been added this cannot be changed. Please bring a form of identification that matches the Lead Traveller name on your ticket, with you on the day of your visit, as this may be checked before entry is allowed

Strollers or heavy luggage are not allowed on The London Eye. A limited "left luggage" facility is available

Horrible experience!No one was at the meeting point guiding us and we got there early time locals had to orient us then, when we finally boarding the boat the tour guide was not in Spanish nor did they provide audios, in Additional the London Eye was closed ! Waste of time and money! Requested our refund.

No one was there at the meeting point to greet us or simply guide us we finally found the boat asking locals then after leaving our guide spoke in English very fast we could not understand. We had booked our tour in Spanish because my friends do not understand English. After finishing the ride which started at 7:45 pm the eye on London ride was already Closed! Thrown away money! We paid over $400.00 for 8 people in exchange for Zero!

Boat ride was a good initial orientation to London. Easy transition to the London Eye, same digital ticket for both. Enjoyed the London Eye and found to be underated by some of my references. I attended earlier in the day, lines moved relatively quickly and were organized, carts large, and some great views.

Booked a cruise and they booked me in for day before Nala the assistant who done this was rude and didnt care she made this mistake I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money back so had to pay again She did not know what she was doing went yesterday to book for 12 and she booked us for day before how does that even hapoen had a very upset child but rockets saved the day But if i didnt have more money to but another set of tickets for 120 pounds it would of ruined our trip out Nala needs a lot more training so beware to check your tickets

Great way to see London. The view from the water is spectacular. The narration from the tour guide was informative. If you sit below or on top, choose the left side to get a great photo of the bridge as the boat turns around

No glitches experience, everything as advertised. Went on a cruise along the river, our guide was fantastic! Engaging, entertaining and informative with good sense of humor. 45 minutes went by in a blink of an eye. The London eye was fun too, great views of the city. Everything was smooth and stress free. I would not hesitate to book this package again!
Horrible directions. Missed tour after walking for hours trying to find it

Could not find the location based on the address. Google Maps kept rerouting and no one I asked that works and lives here bad any idea. Couldn’t get any help from operator. Thankfully when I went to just buy another ticket at the pier, they were able to get me on their tour.

Cruise was fine, but missed specified time. You could do a much better job of communicating exactly where and who to show your ticket to. Found no staff who knew where the “Building” was. They did however efficiently reschedule for the next hour. Skipped the Eye ride due to time restrictions caused by delay.
