AWSOME. Josh was AMAZING. Informant and very funny. Deserved a better audience. 😄 "Josh if you liked me, Derrick if you didn't!"

We booked in advance and messaged 7 days prior asking to change the time for our tour due to our flight. We asked again once we arrived late in London, to which we received no response from the tour operator both times. We called Viator asking for a refund and were told me wouldn’t even receive a refund even though we asked 7 days in advance to change just the time for the tour. We were so disappointed having come all the way from San Diego.

It stops at 5 o'clock....we missed the last boat. While on the Eye... we watched what we found out later to be the last boat for the day.

Me and my son visited London Eye and the River Cruise last Saturday 21st March. We bought the 2 tickets together from the box office there. (It's no cheaper online). We went on the London Eye first as we wanted to go and have a meal, as we travelled to London very early in the morning. This wasn't a problem, as they like you to book river cruise first, then the London Eye. The que wasn't too bad, around 20 minutes but this was about 1pm on a Saturday. The security asks you to have your bags open for them to check your bags, but they don't place their hands inside. The view of London was absolutely breath taking, so many landmarks to see and it was a clear sunny day. The pods are very roomy, they don't put alot of people in each pod. The slow moving pod is a fixed pod no swinging if people are worried. You don't even know you are moving, can stand up.and take photos. This lasts for 30 minutes. An enjoyable experience. There is professional photos you can buy at the end of your visit. There is a London Eye visitor shop from across the London Eye, it is an official shop, but bigger, visit this souvenir shop first before you buy from the shop at the actual shop in the London Eye. This shop is reasonably priced and has more souvenirs and gifts to choose from. The postcards are 60p each or 2 for £1.00 but the shop in London Eye was £2.00. The River Cruise was a lovely boat trip along the River Thames and had wonderful views of Westminister and Big Ben and other landmarks that not heard of before. The boat trip lasted for about 30 minutes and the guide was very informative and could explain about the history of the landmarks. Also security checks in place before you get on to the boat have you bag open and checked. No alcohol is prohibited. On the whole the day out to London was a unforgettable experience and we'll enjoyed visit to London.

Fun London must do! We learned some interesting facts and saw so many sites. The tour narrator on the boat, Charles, was funny and knowledgeable.
