The boat ride and London Eye ride were great. The instructions for a meeting spot were terrible. I thought we’d get some direction from a Viator rep, but we had to figure it out by ourselves. No one who worked at the boat or the Eye had any idea about Viator. So I sent two messages and got no response. It made for a frustrating experience. More detail needs to be given for meeting instructions.

Totally worth it. Best way to see the most attraction. And my parent can't stop saying how much this is worth it.

We had an excellent tour on the River Thames, with our guide Mitch. Mitch was super friendly, funny, and very informative. The whole experience was great. Then, you use the same ticket to board the London Eye, which we did right after the river cruise. Super easy and fun.

Short ride , long lines to wait in , make sure you get express pass . We got the express pass for four of us , but when we get in the express line she looked at our voucher and said we didn’t have it . We paid extra for it . She let us go through ,and we did have a reservation for our tour .
