It stops at 5 o'clock....we missed the last boat. While on the Eye... we watched what we found out later to be the last boat for the day.

Me and my son visited London Eye and the River Cruise last Saturday 21st March. We bought the 2 tickets together from the box office there. (It's no cheaper online). We went on the London Eye first as we wanted to go and have a meal, as we travelled to London very early in the morning. This wasn't a problem, as they like you to book river cruise first, then the London Eye. The que wasn't too bad, around 20 minutes but this was about 1pm on a Saturday. The security asks you to have your bags open for them to check your bags, but they don't place their hands inside. The view of London was absolutely breath taking, so many landmarks to see and it was a clear sunny day. The pods are very roomy, they don't put alot of people in each pod. The slow moving pod is a fixed pod no swinging if people are worried. You don't even know you are moving, can stand up.and take photos. This lasts for 30 minutes. An enjoyable experience. There is professional photos you can buy at the end of your visit. There is a London Eye visitor shop from across the London Eye, it is an official shop, but bigger, visit this souvenir shop first before you buy from the shop at the actual shop in the London Eye. This shop is reasonably priced and has more souvenirs and gifts to choose from. The postcards are 60p each or 2 for £1.00 but the shop in London Eye was £2.00. The River Cruise was a lovely boat trip along the River Thames and had wonderful views of Westminister and Big Ben and other landmarks that not heard of before. The boat trip lasted for about 30 minutes and the guide was very informative and could explain about the history of the landmarks. Also security checks in place before you get on to the boat have you bag open and checked. No alcohol is prohibited. On the whole the day out to London was a unforgettable experience and we'll enjoyed visit to London.

Fun London must do! We learned some interesting facts and saw so many sites. The tour narrator on the boat, Charles, was funny and knowledgeable.

Disappointed with the cruise. It was announced an audio guide in French, we did not get it. It was not even proposed when we were a lot of French on board. The guide spoke in English throughout the cruise. The organiser could have provided tourists with a QR code for translations into other languages.

London Eye is a unique one from other observation wheels by its shape - eye shape. The tour lasts ab 30 minutes. Tickets can be bought on internet, at the place or tour tickets. Eg boat tours.

It was a wonderful experience. I had an amazing view of London from the Thames. The weather was good, and the atmosphere friendly. It was my first and I thoroughly enjoyed it. And our tour guide, Ben, was the best - he made us laugh a lot!

Based on the title of this activity I assumed both the river cruise and London eye were included. However, when I got to the river cruise they informed me that “London Eye” was optional and that I would have to pay an additional fee for it. The pictures and videos of this activity showed the guy doing both activities. Because of the poor choice in words when describing this activity this is definitely misleading. On a positive note, Paul, the guide on the river cruise was funny and courteous.

We had a lovely afternoon 1st we took the river cruise, Josh the guide on the boat is a credit to you, very witty, would've tipped him but wasn't sure who he was when getting off the cruise, all staff were very professional. Then went on the London eye, amazing !!! Everything is run so professionally and smoothly. This experience was purchased for my daughters 30th which she thoroughly enjoyed.

A scam, the information is totally confusing, they camouflage it as "optional" the tickets to get to the London Eye, when you get there and leave the boat ride you have no right to climb, it is as if you have not taken absolutely anything for the wheel, it is set to cheat on purpose. A disgrace.
