The time at the Harry Potter Experience was great. We did everything in the time allotted. Food is an extensive and it would have been good to know that you had to wait for your time frame to enter the tour.

We selected Golden Tours versus another vendor based on it's official Warner Brother's Harry Potter Tour status and promise of a HP movie feature long the route. Despite mixed reviews, we decided to take a chance. The drop off and pick up went extremely smooth, however as many reviewers have shared; the mobile screens glitched and froze not really allowing for enjoyable movie viewing. There was also no way to control the section playing so you were at the mercy of chance. If a movie is promised, I do believe this issue should be resolved or it is consistently misleading and not really a distinction between carriers. We also chose the extended stay option, which proved unnecessary. We felt that we had plenty of time to see all the exhibits and have lunch without feeling rushed. Just a word to the wise.

It was wel organized, friendly staff. Bus was nice, but hot (why not airconditioning?) Drop off and pick up location was also good. But since the drive to the studio was over an hour, I felt we wanted to stay in the studio longer, but we had to rush out. That was a shame. but other than that, it was really nice!

An abysmally disappointing experience. We were picked up for our tour more than an hour late, and no one contacted us to let us know about the delay. Paid for a booster seat for our daughter, and Golden Tours forgot to bring it. Missed the start date for our tour and had to cut our tour short. Tried to contact the company about a partial refund and were met with rudeness and dismissal. Our driver told us that this sort of thing happens all the time and encouraged us to issue a complaint against the management and booking system. Truly awful experience. We felt ripped-off and exploited, and our daughter's trip to the Harry Potter Studios was unsafe. Book with anyone else: GoldenTours is a disaster. The worst part of our trip to the U.K.

The experience was super amazing, food was delicious, drinks were unique to the theme. There is so much to see and do there is just not enough time in the day to get through it all. I purchased the audio just to get a little of backstage knowledge of the making. I did feel that I probably needed 30 mins more than the meet time given but that is something that is hard to change when so many people are there visiting. I would definitely do it again.

We had a great experience. From the bus all the way through the tour and all of the employees who worked with it it was a 10 out of 10 experience for us.

My grown son rediscovered his childhood spirit during this experience. A long-time fan of Harry Potter, he was very moved to find many details of this wonderful universe. The sets are particularly grandiose. The price is rather high, but it reflects the quality of the park, which covers all elements related to the films (sets, props, costumes, special effects, models...). Well-organized bus transport.

I haI had a wonderful experience. We had booked private transfers. I requested to reschedule both the pick-up and drop-off, and they accommodated us. The tour was amazing. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The cafeteria offered many vegetarian options. It was worth visiting.

I had booked the transportation only ticket for the studio tour. The trip itself was fine. However there was some confusion with the employees about the return options - I used the chat feature when booking and was told I could return on any bus since I booked my own entry tickets, but when I arrived on the bus they gave me a bit of a hard time - it all ended up working out thankfully. Also, the departure location from London was a little difficult to find. The ticket provided 2 different locations near Victoria station (one was in the bus depot, the other was on Buckingham Road)…fyi it’s at the bus depot.

The Harry Potter studio tour was fantastic! We went on my sons 13th birthday and as a Harry Potter fan this was perfect! However, having to book the tickets through an operator at a much higher cost than the official website was not. Golden tours advertised that they would screen Harry Potter movie on the way and this was something my son looked forward to. However, on the way there the movie was of extremely bad quality and kept stopping every two minutes- at least. Told the staff and 30 minutes into the ride the movie started again and somewhat worked for 20 minutes and then completely frozed. On the way back the movie started ok but froze again in the same spot. Would definitely recommend being extremely early in booking your ticket through the official website (we tried booking well in advance but the tickets were sold out, probably because of the operators buying them..) and fix your own transport. A lot cheaper. And maybe faster, as the London traffic was pretty slow.. That being said, the bus itself was fine, it was easy to find the bus stop and the staff was friendly and well organized.
