This was a wonderful experience for all the family. The studio tour was first class and we learned so much about the making of the Harry Potter movies. The four hours went by in a flash. We were ready to be picked up earlier, then had been arranged and gone to his accommodated our request immediately.

Well organized. The team is available for any question. They explained how it works. Travel to the Warner Bros studios took 1h30…. Tour is 3h30 which is enought. Return travel is perfect.

I would never book with this company again extremely unhelpful customer service team, nobody listens to concerns every reply is generated from a chat bot, they are not able to assist you if you have any further concerns . I would avoid this company at all costs

Thought it was really well planned for the pick up/ drop off. No stress there as the stop is right outside the station but I thought by the time we arrived to having to be picked up again I felt I had to rush round. I think if we we’ve given an extra hour/ hour and a half I could have enjoyed the studio a bit more and not felt like I had to rush around. I think it took about a hour and a half to get to and from the studio from the station so didn’t feel like we had that long there.

I used golden tours as there were no general tickets left. The service. Door to door and home again was great. The drivers were courteous and made the journey as smooth as possible, London traffic not withstanding!

It is a plain but convenient bus ride with tickets, no big expectations. However, be warned, they have a campaign to sell hop-on/ off bus tickets before boarding the bus. We got an senior guy very aggressive, at a point I was afraid he was going to pull a weapon on us.

The studios are a big deal! We recommend them 100% for both children and adults Harry Potter fans. The transport somewhat heavy and in our opinion, short time. We went to the studios on Sunday and there was too much traffic, we were slow to arrive and we couldn't eat before we got in. So there were things that we could not enjoy as we had to stop for lunch in the middle of visiting. We entered at 2pm and had to be at 5:45pm on the bus back. I recommend going on weekdays so you can find less crowd and enjoy the experience much better. There are a thousand details that, as many people find, you can not do since the return time of transport is somewhat limited and you have to queue to do certain activities. It would be great to extend it for another hour.

Loved having the ease of pick up and drop off at Kings Cross Station. I felt like I had plenty of time to see all that I wanted to see at the WB studio.

Excellent service, just a note the info said meet in front of the ticket collection area at a certain time, as we made our own way to Warner bros studios, but the tickets had been left in the ticket office and no one was there to meet us.
