Warner Bros studio The Harry Potter experience was excellent with a terrific amount of original sets and props. Pickup was on time and easy to find. The coach was painted with Harry Potter scenes and was showing Harry Potter films. I have taken 1 star off as the seat belts in the bus needed serviced. Most passengers gave up struggling and travelled without seat belts. Not good.

The trip and the experience went very well, good driver. The only negative point is the meeting point which is not clearly indicated on the notice, there is no address but only the name of the bus stop "King’s Cross Station", but the area is huge and has many stops. We had a lot of trouble finding them, fortunately the local traders knew us and were able to guide us.

**This review relates only to Golden Tours (the transport provider), not the Warner Bros Studio Tour itself, which was excellent** Despite being advertised as a preferred partner, Golden Tours was a major disappointment. On a day with temperatures well over 30°C, the coach had no functioning air‑conditioning or proper ventilation, and passengers were not even offered water on a 90‑minute journey, on the ride in. A public bus would likely have been more comfortable, simply because they are better ventilated. We booked the Premium option, which turned out to be nothing more than seats at the front of the upper deck — no added comfort or special features. Also a huge metal bar and shaded glass that made it nearly impossible to see outside. Premium passengers are meant to board first, but some passengers seemed to object and one actually physically accosted me when I attempted to board. Staff did not intervene or manage the situation. When we reached our seats, we found that another group had used them to store their bags. While the behaviour of those passengers was rude, the lack of staff oversight made the situation unnecessarily stressful. We were also promised a Harry Potter movie during the journey, but the audio did not work and the picture quality was extremely blurry and low‑grade, making it unwatchable. Several children became restless, adding to the discomfort of the ride. The Studio Tour itself is wonderful, but Golden Tours did not deliver on comfort, service, or basic organisation. I would strongly recommend arranging your own transport instead.

I would suggest that under the conditions necessary for booking the transport only option to Warner Bros studio Harry Potter tour, you emphasize that you must have a ticket for the studios before you board the bus. I only had confirmation from the studio of the booking and had planned to pick up the tickets at the studio. My granddaughter and I spent a difficult 15 minutes as she thought we would miss the tour altogether. (We live in Greece.) However, thanks to the assistant calling Golden Tours offices and the Studio, we were able to board. It did cast a slight shadow over our trip.

We (me, my sister and our parents) were picked up by King’s Cross station. The bus stop was not very easy to find and once there it was flooded with other bus tours so it was quite unclear where to assemble. Eventually a man arrived to check everyone in. The bus was slightly late but it was very busy that day. We were slightly disappointed that there was no interaction from the bus driver (safety info, welcome or short intro about what to expect from the trip) and maybe it would be nice to play some Harry Potter music to get everyone in the mood for the tour. The bus itself was very comfortable and has arctic airco which was great as it was ferociously hot outside. Once at the Warner Brothers studio we were welcomed by a lady who would make an excellent town crier and received our entry tickets. Once inside everything was clearly marked and there was plenty of staff to help or guide if necessary. Don’t forget to pick up an activity passport to collect the stamps hidden inside the tour. Yes, even if you’re an adult 😁 The tour itself is extensive with a lot of information and details. You definitely need at least 3-4 hours to see everything at a reasonable pace. This is not including stopping for snacks and lunch. Food is very expensive and not great in variety. Waiting times are quite long. We had roughly 3,5 hours to explore. We chose to finish the tour and then have a snack before we got back on the bus to go home. The atmosphere was great and the staff if clearly very passionate about Harry Potter and the Wizarding world. The space is also very considerate towards accessibility as there are many sitting areas along the route through all the different spaces. When leaving make sure you listen to the staff at the busses as there are many other groups of people leaving at the same time and you don’t want to be left behind or get onto the wrong bus. Overall we enjoyed the day and it was well worth the money and booking the tour including pickup and drop off was very practical for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Harry Potter or has any interest in the technical side of the film industry.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Harry Potter tour and would highly recommend it. The tour is alot longer than you think and even though we had 4hrs to look around, we felt we could’ve done with 5hrs. There is so much to see and do! Allow time for queues and stopping off for lunch and the many photo opportunities, and the shops….the time really flies!

I found the station got there at 9:05 had wait for three buses early which was rediculous as they were all going the sane place. The first one was halve empty aswell. The guy had my ticket. I needed get there early as I had a train back to Euston at 19:29 and why I needed to get there ealry. My booking originally said 930am then was changed to later slot 10:30am. I went in felt needed be in out quick, as it was busy as hell, as the kids was of, and felt had no room to move to take pictures which spoit it a bit. I felt had to wait for people to walk on, and then I flet rushed. So that spoilt the fun. I was little dissapointed in the price thought for what I had paid to get in was expensive to what I thought I seen. I had went to the vane of thrones Musuem weekend before thought that was better, and better for the price they made the set their too. That was 35 ticket had to pay for photos and gifts in goft shop was way over priced in the gift shop which put me of buying anything to be honest. So oberall dissapointed to be honest with you supposing its suppose to be based more for kids it was not proced for the kids it was a cash cow. Wont be going again but went did it, and for the tshirt now.

The organizer contacted us several times via WhatsApp and sent us current information. However, the meeting point was not King's Cross but Victoria Station. But we had booked it that way beforehand as well. The bus was on time and the transfer went smoothly. Very nice bus driver.

We had a very nice Harry Potter bus. We left with a delay and the journey was very slow, but of course the bus driver can not do anything about the traffic. We got a tape on with the hour we had to be back at the bus. This all went smoothly. Nice experience...
