As you travel through, see an unbelievable selection of actual costumes, props and special effects pieces, all kept in pristine condition. As you explore the studios, see The Burrow, Hagrid’s Hut, the Gryffindor Common Room, Dumbledore’s office and much more. From small details like Dumbledore’s Pensieve to the larger pieces like the fantastic animatronic door to the Chamber of Secrets. Have fun riding a broom through London at the Green Screen exhibit and board the Hogwarts Express on Platform 9¾. 4.00I would highly recommend using Golden Tours for the Harry Potter studios. It was very easy to find the bus and everyone was helpful and efficient. I wish we could have been on one of the buses that looks like the Night Bus and shows the movie. That would have made it a 5 star experience. The ride was very pleasant and the bus drops you off right at the front of the studios. I would use this service again.

1.00Dear Sir or Madam, We would like to take this opportunity to share our experience with your service today. First of all, we were surprised by an £80 increase applied after our reservation. Although this was unexpected, we chose to accept it and proceeded with the payment. However, we did not receive any updated confirmation or further communication from your side. We were already surprised not to hear from you yesterday, but decided to wait until today. This morning, we were disappointed to receive a call from the driver informing us of a 30-minute delay, which we do not consider very professional. Furthermore, upon arrival, the vehicle did not match what we had booked, as it was a Tesla Model 3 instead of the higher-category vehicle we had paid for. That said, we would like to emphasize that the driver was very pleasant throughout the journey. On the other hand, no information was provided regarding how to collect the tickets for the Harry Potter visit, which caused a delay upon arrival at the Warner Bros. studios. As a result, we felt rushed to keep up with the scheduled time. In addition, we had been informed that the return driver would contact us via WhatsApp to confirm the pick-up time. However, we never received any message, which reflects a clear lack of communication. We eventually decided to go to the meeting point ourselves at 1:30 PM. The return vehicle did match what we had booked, and the journey went smoothly. A more engaging interaction (music or conversation) would have been appreciated, although this is a minor point. In summary, we are disappointed with several aspects of your service, particularly the lack of communication, the delay, and the failure to provide the booked vehicle. Considering the price paid, we expected a higher level of professionalism. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully,

2.00Al al too short time to see the studios. It was pretty stressful - could not get to see the entire exhibition, which is in line to the different places, for food etc - very stressful and destructive for the experience. And we even walked very fast without sleeping, studying closer or reading signs. One more hour, you could have had lunch and walk through the exhibition and reach the toilet. Really devastating and stressful when you have children who have been happy and you have to skip things over and hurry at them.
