Begin where Harry started, at the Cupboard Under the Stairs, before watching an enchanting welcome video and heading into The Great Hall – one of the biggest sets at the studios. As you travel through, see an unbelievable selection of actual costumes, props and special effects pieces, all kept in pristine condition. As you explore the studios, see The Burrow, Hagrid’s Hut, the Gryffindor Common Room, Dumbledore’s office and much more. From small details like Dumbledore’s Pensieve to the larger pieces like the fantastic animatronic door to the Chamber of Secrets. Have fun riding a broom through London at the Green Screen exhibit and board the Hogwarts Express on Platform 9¾. 2.00Al al too short time to see the studios. It was pretty stressful - could not get to see the entire exhibition, which is in line to the different places, for food etc - very stressful and destructive for the experience. And we even walked very fast without sleeping, studying closer or reading signs. One more hour, you could have had lunch and walk through the exhibition and reach the toilet. Really devastating and stressful when you have children who have been happy and you have to skip things over and hurry at them.

5.00David was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. It rained and was very windy parts of the day but he made the experience so much fun I didn't notice. He has a wonderful sense of humor and engaged all the tourists and made us feel comfortable and special.

2.00While our ticket requested us to be “imperatively” at Baker Street at 9:30 for a departure at 10, we’ve been told to come back at 10. When being asked why, the baker street representative argued that it was a mistake on the French website, that we had to go to the English one. Instead of an explanation or an apology, we just had a passive agressive tone “deal with it” kind of answer. Please fix your tickets, and train your employees. Just a small apology with a smile would have been enough.

5.00We booked a private vehicle to get there, and everything was perfectly organized. The drivers were punctual, professional, and very kind. The experience to the studio was amazing, and I highly recommend it to true fans. My only wish is that all the special effects had been available that day and to be less crowed.

2.00The media on the bus wasn't working on the way back (and on the way to the studio it did but it was really really poor). There was no internet connection. Nobody explain anything about the tour. We were not told we had to enter the tour at a specific time. It is on the ticket, but we thought it was just the time to enter the studio. Please read about the tour before going. There are a lot of experiences to do, but some of them have a time schedule

4.00Great tour, made the whole family a lot of fun. The biggest downside was the 70-minute round trip in a modern but freezing bus. When you spend so much money, the organizer must not skimp on the heating!
Quicker than expected journey, tv didn't work but otherwise good ride.

4.00Bus was easy to find and comfy enough, not very spacious for if you have bags but it was okay. The journey said 2 hours but we only took 1 hour so got there early which was nice. There is little screens on the back of the chairs that you can play games on or watch the Harry potter movie but nobodies movie was working so that was a bit of a downer as we looked forward to seeing it. Otherwise it's a good way to get to the studio from London centre.
