Really great tour offered by Matteo! Thank you for all the interesting facts about the West End theatres, architecture, hidden secrets and for the patience with us to look around the various markets!

We had a great experience with Golden Tours. We had been to Warner Bros Studio Harry Potter tour. The instructions were clear. The staff at the office where we had our pick up was nice and communicated clearly. The pick and drop was smooth and on time.

The bus stop was easy to find, the bus its self looked amazing. We were told to arrive 15minutes before our departure time for the woman at the stand to shout at us that we were early….she then shouted at the front of the queue to move back, but the amount of people behind them made it impossible, she was told this but still just stood and barked to move back. She wasn’t very friendly and probably shouldn’t be in a customer facing role. The bus back the TVs weren’t working so we just had to sit in silence for the journey back (the 15:15 return to Victoria)

This experience is an absolute must for any Harry Potter fans visiting London. We booked the 9:30am roundtrip bus trip from Kings Cross Station. If you want to get a photo at platform 9 3/4 at Kings Cross, you need to allow at least 45 minutes extra before the bus leaves. The bus ride was seamless and easy, lasting a little more than an hour. We were able to watch HP1 on the way there. When we arrived we were given admission tickets. We grabbed food from the cafe before entering the tour. Our tour tickets were timed at 11:30am, but we were allowed in at 11:05am. We had to be back on the bus at 3pm. This was a great amount of time, but we could have spent more time there if we didn't need to be back on the bus. We ate lunch in the backlot cafe. The food was fine but the butter beer and butter beer ice cream were great! Be sure to give yourself time at the end to shop in their massive gift shop and wait in line to pay before you need to be back on the bus.

Golden tours staff was very unfriendly and stressed at meeting point and gave us the wrong tickets. We had to argue to get the correct info (good thing we were well prepared). No baby protection seat provided for our 1.5 year old even though we contacted them a day ahead of the booking. Bus drive back to London was speeding so strollers flew from their parkingspot inside the bus. Passengers had to rearrange and pick everything up while the bus was speeding and taking sharp turns, which actually became dangerous. Parents had to push their children back in the seats so they wouldn't fall out. The park was amazing though, a must go for all HP fans! 😁

Truth is impressive, but the duration is short, in our case 4 hours. There is a lot to see and if you want to see things well or take pictures, or solve the puzzles that send you... There's no time for everything. Also you have to drink at least one buttered beer and see the shop which is immense

Absolutt unprofesjonal, we paid 88£ to get from and back from the studio they only take your money. Leave you there no system of which bus you need to get in. Enden with me and my familie taking the metro home using even more money and the best they could do is give me 8£ when the whole trip back home cost me over the dobbel. It is a fraud and there way to milk turists.

The tour was marvellous! I detracted one point, however, because the bus after the tour did not take us back to London Victoria, but dropped us all off at Euston. From there, it took us quite a while to get back into the city, and I did not know beforehand that we would have to find our own way back.

The studio was beautifully done. Instructions to get to the bus stop were very difficult for us to figure out. We came out a different door on the subway. Thee was no explanation on the bus itself until you got off and we were told to be back at 5:15. A few words to explain would have been appreciated
