Our Guide was very knowledgeable, both on local history and the history of the 4 pubs visited. Great choice of pubs and excellent range of drinks on offer at each. Everybody was included and friendships were established over the afternoon. Some were local, looking to visit new pubs and some were visiting from abroad and were enjoying their exploration of such an important aspect of London life.

Tim was great at explaining the different kinds of pubs in London, the historical significance of each place we visited, and had deep knowledge of the pours and the traditions.

We had a great time on the tour. Chris was able to share a lot of history about the pubs we visited and the rest of the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

Had a great time on the walking tour, for the second time. Will was very knowledgeable and it was just the right amount of walking/learning/socialising with our own small group and with others in the group. My only additional thought was that it would have been nice for us to be able to all sit together in every pub- but I understand it was a Saturday and that’s hard to arrange. It was super nice to sit together as a group for 2 out of the 4 stops though. Highly recommend.

Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about pubs, their historical significance, and about London itself. We saw pubs off the beaten path that only true experts know. I would suggest this to any fan of London history or someone looking to experience the pub culture of London. We had a fantastic time!
