Excellent small-group tour with a knowledgeable, friendly guide who brought London's pub history to life. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and quietly educational. Each stop felt thoughtfully chosen, the pacing was just right, and there was plenty of time to chat and enjoy a pint. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting London who wants a mix of history, culture, and good company.

I really wanted to enjoy this tour, but two distinct problems brought it down to a 2-bubble experience. First, the organization was poor. There was no clear meeting-point sign, no list of who was booked, and the guide showed up about 25 minutes late looking visibly flustered. We then rushed through the first two pubs to "make up time," skipped one of the pubs advertised on the itinerary entirely, and finished nearly 40 minutes over the scheduled end time, which forced a few of us to miss onward plans. Second, the communication before and during the tour was equally frustrating. My confirmation email never mentioned that the meeting point had been moved one street over; I only found out after pinging the company three times the day before and finally getting a one-line reply. During the tour itself, the guide spoke very quietly in noisy pubs, did not use any kind of mic or repeater, and brushed off questions with "I'll get to that later" — which never happened. The pubs themselves are genuinely lovely and there is a good tour buried in here, but the disorganization and weak communication made it hard to recommend at the price.

Will made this pub tour one of the highlights of my trip to London. He was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the pubs themselves, but the history, culture, and stories behind each place. Every stop felt carefully chosen and had its own character. Beyond that, he was just genuinely great to talk to. The conversation flowed naturally, and he created a really fun, welcoming atmosphere for the whole group. You could tell he actually enjoys what he does, which makes a huge difference. I’d absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting London who wants a mix of great pubs, interesting history, and good company. Solid night all around.

We had a great time on this tour. Very laid back, fun, and informative tour. Our guide Dave was a blast. Kept the vibe exactly where it should be for a tour like this. This tour does involve a good amount of walking, which was to be expected, but just make sure you’re okay with that. I would recommend this to anyone.
