Great afternoon “necking a few pints with me mates.” Tried splitting the g, tasting cask beers and ciders across 4 historic pubs Chris Cheeseman did an excellent job of sharing history and showing off historical pubs. See the pictures for me face when leaving the tour.

I am not a beer drinker but my husband is; and we are both interested in old buildings, their history, and the stories that go with both. This was a great way to have a relaxed, fun afternoon over a few drinks, in bars we would normally walk by - if we saw them! Our guide Dave, was full of knowledge, and added a few very interesting snippets of history and anecdotes about each venue while we were present in each. We had so many laughs, and visited really cool little venues. We both totally recommend this tour for both the social aspect, and the history aspect - oh, and the drinks of course!

We had such a great time on the historic pub tour with Shadow! Each pub had its own unique atmosphere and character, which made the experience feel really special and never repetitive. The variety of drinks and pub styles gave us a fun glimpse into London’s pub culture beyond the typical tourist spots. Even though the group was fairly big, Shadow made the tour feel personal, welcoming, and easy to enjoy. She was engaging, friendly, and did a great job bringing everyone together throughout the night. It’s honestly one of the best tours to do if you’re visiting London solo or just want to meet new people and make friends while exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a fun, social, and authentic London experience!
