5.00We reserved 2 days on the bus plus Thames river cruise. We enjoyed the first day but we're unable to use second day and river excursion because I had a medical issue that sent me to emergency room and had to cut our trip short and return home.
Bad Service and expensive.

1.00Bad experience The narrator of the places visited very boring and inaccurate. The route in the written map did not match the bus route, they described places that were not being seen at the time. We had to wait 5 minutes sitting on the bus to what the driver who had gone to buy a bottled water will return. They changed buses because there were few people.

1.00We can only discourage this. For one thing, it took half an hour. Bus we have received the tickets after online payment by email. Since we live at the green line we wanted to start this one for me too. Only disaster, the bus didn't come for over an hour. The times indicated on the homepage are also incorrect. Unfortunately, we could not see the buses in the app, so we did not know when they would get to the stop. We waited forever at the stops. With kids totally annoying. And as of 4:20 p.m., there was no more bus. A real bust...

2.00Firstly, the open area at the back had wet seats - we only noticed this as the rain picked up and we decided to move forwards - our back sides were soaked through! Then the headphones did not work - the ports were blocked in the front row! So we had to ask the fellow passengers in the row behind us to let us use one of their portals. And finally, the commentary of the sites being shown en route was pathetic - too much music and the Toot Bus signature tune and not enough history or culture! I was well disappointed - I took another friend round London on a different tourist bus in June and this was much, much better - with a live guide having a sense of humour when bringing history up to life. Choose another tour I'd say...

5.00We were in London for a short 3-day stay. We didn't have time to visit all the main monuments. The 3 itineraries offered by the Tootbus double-decker bus "hop-on hop-off" allowed us to see and photograph the tourist attractions from afar.

2.00I am very unhappy with the TOOTBUS Service. Not enough buses, not enough frequencies. We had to wait many times 25 min for a bus. This greatly slows down the possibility of visits in the city when we have seen several buses from competing companies pass during this time. Also the Bus Service stops at 5pm! Way too soon.
