1.00The English narration during the ride was extremely limited and kept being switched off, mid-sentence. In addition, whatever landmark descriptions did work, they were played out of synch with the point of interest outside. So, 90 % of the time we just had to listen to music. If I could give -1 star, I would. Extremely disappointing 😞

1.00We do not recommend this provider or bus. The service was inadequate. Deceptive schedules: The service ended at 4 pm (a ridiculous thing for a 72h pass) and the green line stopped even at 11:00 AM, leaving us lying unconnected to another company bus. False information in the App: The app was lying. It said the bus took 20-30 minutes and then never showed up or took an hour or more. We've had to catch other transports. The tb cruise was ridiculous, we had to get off the ship when we reached one point and wait again for the other. The wait between boat and boat lasted longer than the cruise which was approximately 30 min A robbery.
