Hop-On Hop-Off Yellow Route

Duration:1 hour 30 minutes

Operating Schedule:First departure from Stop 1 at 08:30AM. Buses every 15 minutes on the yellow route. (Last departure on 31/12 at 14:50 stop 1) Redeem your ticket and start the tour at any of the bus stops. Mobile tickets are accepted on board. Due to emergency roadworks on Coventry Street underway until 31/12/25, the yellow route will depart from and return to Haymarket Stop R SW1Y 4HA (outside Tiger Tiger) , just off Piccadilly Circus.

Must avoid. Bus just keeps stopping for long periods. Spent more time stopped than moving. Very poor commentary. Seems more interested in music and jokes than actual facts

I would go for a different organizer thanTootbus. There are very few buses of this organization and the information is not up to date at all, also difficult to get clear information about where the stops are. I have waited for a bus from the green route 3 times and this bus never showed up, despite the real-time info (which kept saying for 20 minutes that the bus would arrive in 5 minutes). Because of this, I did not use the bus for the full first day when I had actually paid for it. I paid €40 to use the bus for 3 days and made a maximum of 5 trips by bus, then you do not take the money out and you can better get around by public transport. When boarding, you are also asked if you want to buy (discounted) tickets to some of the most famous attractions is London, I found that quite intrusive. In short, if I go to london again, I choose to travel by public transport and otherwise a different organization of hop on- hop off buses.

Our bus driver was fabulous. So patient as I hadn't booked online and wanted to and he helped me sort it all out. We were on the blue route on Sunday 30th Nov and got on at Trafalgar Square around 130. This driver should receive recognition as he's a great asset to your company. It would be nice to see Buckingham palace without having to get off. I think it would be a good Idea to advise people they need to get off as the bus doesn't pass directly in order to see it

This is a great way to see the sights in London! There are helpful guides at each stop to answer questions. It was easy to use different routes and stop at all the places we wanted. The monologue during the ride could be more informative but that didn’t affect our experience. At times the London traffic was slow so be aware if you are following a time schedule

Don't bother going with this company. We waited 1 hour for a bus to arrive in the freezing cold. The bus had no heating and was freezing. The audio guide was dated and barely gave any information, mostly played music. The workers didn't know bus times and didn't bother interacting with us. Just not worth it.

We reserved 2 days on the bus plus Thames river cruise. We enjoyed the first day but we're unable to use second day and river excursion because I had a medical issue that sent me to emergency room and had to cut our trip short and return home.
