Been on the Uber boat twice in last 2 days. Great experience & I think cheap / easy for all the views you get. Got on it early this morning at Greenwich & lovely outside seat. Weather lovely. When got to get on boat, met by Norman & a young lad. Just lovely & we had lovely banter when I said we were going to Greenwich - we were at Greenwich!! Norman & colleague so funny. We loved. Can’t wait to do again when in London next. All crew amazing 👍👍

Been going to the pier a few times as part of my weekly commute. Great service all around, shout out to Norman! Exceptional attitude, and always friendly and helpful.

A more fun way to get across London than the Tube, especially in nice weather. Nathan at the pier at Canary Wharf was very friendly. When another customer had trouble with their bike with a child on the back he acted quickly to help.

Always good to travel on a Thames Clipper. Good people…good boats…it’s just the best way to get around town. Try it if you haven’t done so already.

  • Long wait to board a ferry

I’d planned special half term treat for nephew - a boat ride to Greenwich where we hoped to see the Royal Observatory. We were not warned that purchasing a ticket to embark at Embankment Pier did not guarantee a place in the next ferry. We stood in a short queue for half an hour, only to be told that the ferry that arrived was already full. We had a long wait for the next ferry, worried that we might not get on this one either. In the end we successfully boarded, but lost about an hour which meant we only got a short time in Greenwich. I’d recommend boarding at Westminster in future.

Our family of four cruised from London Eye to Tower Bridge and had a great trip! Unbeatable sightseeing. The dock attendant (David Notarius) was very helpful in informing us of timing, as the boat was delayed.

Too many people or too few boats. They do not respect posted schedules or stops. The windows are not clean which does not allow to enjoy the view finally. Prefer another mode of transport or off holiday...

Negative experience. We were at the pier just in time. 2 adults with two kids, 8 and 13. A first lady scanned the pass and told us to go on board. Other two members of the crew were boarding the passengers and we were the last of a little queue. In front of us, 4 kids without valid ticket were stopped, and the lady asked "anyone else?" Of course we said" yes! Wait!". She ignored us and just closed the gate in front of us, which remained there with our pass in our hand, alone on the pier. At our complains, she said they can't wait for everyone. Stop. We were just left there despite we were on time and with regular tickets paid, 2 meters from the boat that has space for us. The all boarding step occurred in front of us and took less than one minute. As we scheduled our few days in London based on London pass included attractions, we had to reschedule the way to the next destination by Metro (extra paid) and due to the delay we had to skip one of the attractions planned. If the service is so poor for tourists in October, I cannot imagine how it is in high seasons.By the way: I use city pass and cruise in many cities around Europe. Never had such a stupid discussion and non sense situation that leave on us just a bad feeling and frustration during a sunny holiday day. In the evening, we took another boat the way back. Waited 60 minutes for it, with many others having faced same adventure. Overall, the service is badly organized, not worthy to be scheduled to optimize the use of the London pass. Maybe, not all people working for the cruises are so unfriendly, but the service is worth neither the price nor the risk of stressed nerves, anyway.

  • It was better than sightseeing like you could sebe anything we did go to Greenwich it was great shoutout to Norman
