We arrived at the meeting point address on the ticket. No one was there. I tried to contact the tour operator with no response. Called Viator 5 times and was on hold for 15 minutes. They said they were calling the tour operator and for me to hold on and then I was disconnected and I had to call back. We were trying to meet up wherever they were. I was put off and they started the refund process. Today I received an email saying no refund. My sister had a problem with Viator last week with them as well. I am never using Viator again. We had to pay for our own way in to the event. Other people have been telling me about Viator and all the problems that have been going on. My advise don’t use this company!!

Savanah was a marvelous and knowledgeable guide! I do think a quiet box should be used on this tour as the area is very congested and traffic noise is very loud. Otherwise a wonderful experience.
