5.00The company representative was easily located outside the airport. The car was prepared within 5 minutes of conversing with the representative. The vehicle was spotless, the driver exuded professionalism, and complimentary drinks were provided for the journey.

1.00Leopoldo, Operations Manager of the company, lied through WhatsApp. I booked through Viator a private car service from the San Jose del Cabo Int Airport at 11:30 am. While on the plane, I received the following: "The thing is, we have a car available at 1:30pm. If you'd like to wait, we can provide the service. If you decide to go on your own, I can offer you a ride back to the airport." I have since requested a refund and they have denied such a request. I would NOT recommend this company, and I have escalated such poor business practice to Viator

5.00Really good with communication. Was waiting for us when we arrived with our name on a placard. Helped with luggage. Excellent driver and bilingual English/Spanish. Rates are competitive with taxis etc. Highly recommend.
