5.00When I reached, the audio guide devices were not available, but the staff was kind and let me in quickly. I still had a wonderful time seeing the Mona Lisa and other famous paintings. Getting the ticket instantly was the best part!

1.00Did not receive ticket via email until 45 minutes after the entry time for the museum. The Lourve museum would not honor the email stating that tickets have been purchased. Had to wait an extra hour together into museum only after email tickets finally arrived this happened to several other people who used trip advisor a Also audio was supposed to be included with ticket it wasnt
