Louvre and or Orsay museum may be subjected to occasional closures without previous warning from the museum management. When this occurs, we will provide guests with an appropriate alternative if the museum opening time is delayed more than 1h from the tour starting time. In these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts.

No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin back packs are allowed through security.

Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this cases your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies.

Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' access.

Seeing the Louvre for the first time was absolutely incredible — an experience that left us in awe from start to finish. As Americans, stepping into one of the world’s greatest museums felt almost surreal, surrounded by centuries of art, history, and culture. What made it even more unforgettable was our guide, Florent. His knowledge, passion, and expertise were truly the best of the best. The guide, Manu, was early and easy to find. Easygoing and friendly nature but very knowleadgeable, shared a lot of interesting information in a nice, interactive way. Confortable pace, not fast but also not too slow. He knew his ways inside the museum and helped us have a very good memory of our visit to Louvre

We had an amazing time visiting the Louvre Museum and the Musée d’Orsay. Our tour guide, Christophe, was outstanding — so knowledgeable and engaging! He was thoroughly prepared to explain and show us all the most relevant and important works of art, from the early periods to Realism, while connecting everything to the evolution of Paris’s history. It was a truly enriching experience!

Our tour guide was Daniel. He was fun and very knowledgeable. So much to see. Having a guide to take you around to the most important spots in each museum and explaining what you are looking at was a great way to learn.

Our guide Julien's was one of the best guides I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. He was personable, engaging and made the Louvre exciting and thought provoking. He went beyond the required time and made extensive recommendations to enhance our visit to Paris. My family had never been to the Louvre and were blown away by Julien! People complain about the crowds at the Louvre - I never felt or saw them due to Julien's excellent navigation. If I could give a 10+ star rating I would.

We took a tour with Emily who was absolutly fantastic. She was personable, knowledgeable, easy to understand and made the art come alive for us. We enjoyed her so much at the Musee D'Orsay, that I called and requested we be placed in her group for the L'Ouvre tour we were taking two days later. Luckily, our request was honored. She looked out for everyone in the group - kept track of us very well as we wandered off taking in all the art and gave us the space and time to enjoy the paintings. He experience with studying in the School of Art at the L'Ouvre was invaluable. But above all, she was a lovely person and made our morning tours - which could have felt very long - fly by. If I go back to Paris, I would take another Emily tour!
