1.00No one ever notified me that the tour was canceled. I wait an approximately 15 minutes past the scheduled time. I contacted support and they contacted the tour operator and informed me it was canceled. They said I was the only one who had signed up. If they would have told me I could have signed up for a different tour. Wasted an entire day and over $100 getting there and back.

1.00We scheduled and paid for this tour June 6 for the tour on July 24. The tour guide never showed up, nor did the tour company contact us in any way to cancel. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Here we are 3 weeks later, still awaiting a refund.

5.00Went to Bruges on a cruise ship stop a few years ago but hardly had any time there but saw enough to want to return in the future. So while visiting Brussels we booked this tour and this time our luck was really in - not only was the weather perfect making Bruges seem even more stunning, but we were the only ones on the tour so had personal attention from our guide, Gamaal, who was excellent. Gamaal made the tour so interesting but also entertaining and engaged with us in a way that the tour just flew by. Thank you Gamaal - we had a great day in Bruges.

1.00We waited at the meeting point 1 hour. They finally called to cancel saying the driver was stuck in traffic but there was no traffic on Google Maps. We were the only people waiting for this tour, I think they just didnt want to give it.

5.00I really loved the way Gamaal incorporated explanations of the origins of names and words into his recounting of the historical development of Bruges. The origin of the city's name, the source of the term 'Wall Sreet 'and the evolution of the word 'hospital' were all seamlessly integrated into his stories about the city. On entering the Notre Dame of Bruges, although we were invited to see the different styles of construction of the church through his trained architect's eye, his explanations were never heavily academic due to his lightness of touch as a storyteller. The guy's a poet! There is never a dull moment throughout and we thoroughly recommend this tour!
