Brilliant serve from Himalaya-On-Foot. We trekked from Lukla-Phakding-Namche-Tengboche, by helicopter around Mt Everest, visiting Gurkha and also Pokhara in a period of 2 weeks. Stunning views, and a very sweet travel experience. Very good staff and service from Himalaya-On-Foot, both the management, trek guide, even jeep guide and hotel waiter. 5 star service. Most importantly, they were willing to listen, answer, chat and fulfill our needs before and while in Nepal. In this aspect, they have superior capabilities and flexibility for each of us to travel safely. If I travel to Nepal again, I will definitely choose the Himalaya-On-Foot service. Thousands of thanks.

We had a unique and excellent experience, full of adventure with the help of himalayasonfoot agency! We stayed at Maya Boutique Hotel for 12 days. Surendra and his team arranged everything for us. They upgraded our room to the 5th floor with balcony after a few nights for free, which was amazing . We had a day helicopter trip to the base camp (~5300 m height) of Everest by himalayasonfoot. The trip was outstanding. Everest view while having lunch at 3380 m height was spectacular! Worth every penny of it. The agency arranged a perfect trek with Rajan to Nagarkot and the rest, as well to all Unicef heritage. Robin is unbelievably helpful. Anything we asked was ready in less than 5 minutes. Even if you ask for swimming in an infinity pool or a couple massage, they will check the prices and tell you where would be the best to go! They also helped us with pliers and screwdrivers to fix our luggage. So we have already decided on our next trip to Nepal! And we will definitely come to Maya Boutique hotel and himalayasonfoot.com Agency!

An amazing experience from start to finish. From our first communication with Himalayas on foot to our departure from Kathmandu everything was just perfect. Mukti, the company owner and Yaka our guide were exceptionally attentive and made sure we were well taken care of and all our needs were met. Yaka was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and really made the trek an education as well as an great experience. He also moderated the pace of our trek to suit our ability and made sure we had plenty of stops for rest and tea. Overall this was a tremendous adventure , Mukti and Yaka made it a monumental, once in a lifetime experience.

From the first Viber conversation with Mukti to the day we left the country this company was fantastic. I don't know what more they could have done to make this trip better. We started with a very tight schedule (our choice) and weather issues were a challenge but Mukti arranged and re-arranged until we were able to complete everything on our itinerary including a highly recommended visit to Bhutan. However, the absolute highlight was the 8 day hike to Mt Everest Base Camp with our guide and new friend Deepak Pandi. His only concern was us and our satisfaction! In a good way Deepak worried over our water intake, food choices, acclimatization and rest - he intended to get us to EBC. We can't say enough good things about our guide. We highly recommend Himalayas on Foot. Mukti and his team will do whatever it takes to make your visit to Nepal one you will never forget.

Thanks to Himalayas On Foot company owner Mukti Pandi for organising an excellent hiking adventure to EBC for us. He was very flexible and quick-acting especially in organising our helicopter flights even in difficult weather conditions. Also special thanks to our awesome guide, Arjun Kapri (Yadu) who was very friendly, knowledgeable and pro-active in monitoring for signs of altitude or other sicknesses while we were high in the mountains. My wife and I felt very safe in his hands. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend Himalayas On Foot for all Himalayan trekking adventures.

Planned for a different kind of holiday. It required weeks of preparation and we had to put in lots of hardwork because our goal is to reach the Everest Base Camp! We couldn't have done it without the help of Himalayas on Foot. The owner, Mukti, was very hands-on and attentive. He knew the ins and outs of the trek and would assist us in all our needs. He made sure that everything was taken care of by arranging our transportation via helicopter when the planes couldn't make it to Lukla due to the weather condition. We got nice hotels with bed heaters to boot to help us fight the extreme cold. As for the meals, we were able to choose a main course and a dessert too! Plus a warm tea on the side. Even after the trek, Mukti helped us get back to Kathmandu by arranging another helicopter ride back to the city. So happy we still made it on schedule. Our guide Raj was super! He took care of us, shared stories, took our pictures, and played card games with him! One moment we are learning, the next one we are laughing because he came with silly jokes too! What a treat to have someone like him take you to the Base Camp - knowledgeable, helpful, and funny! We are sure to have found a friend in him. We also had a comfortable stay at the Maya boutique hotel in Kathmandu which was right in the heart of Thamel. The free massage that came with the package was also worth mentioning. I had a good stretch and my muscles loved it! The only way to get the best out of this adventure is thru Himalayas on foot. Definitely the best one out there. :)

I went with Himalayas on Foot upon the recommendation of my friend and it turned out to be a great decision. Mukti, the owner, was very responsive through Viber from the start. He was also very flexible with our preferred schedule and he would patiently answer all our questions. Upon the start of our trip in Nepal, he would monitor our entire stay even when we are up in the mountains. He will make sure that everything will go smoothly. I already read about how our flight from Kathmandu to Lukla may get cancelled due to bad weather but it is still unreal when you are in that situation already. On the day of our flight, we waited 10 hours in the airport for the weather to clear up. It never did. Some people have already been waiting for 7 consecutive days. We were supposed to try again the day after but the next day, Mukti surprised us by finding a helicopter arrangement to fly us to Lukla so we can finally start our trek. At end of our 9 day hike, we were to take the helicopter going back to Lukla but again . the weather looked bad. Mukti arranged for us to fly all the way to Kathmandu via chopper. We noticed how we were given priority in Gorak Shep to board the chopper and even the add on payment for the chopper was significantly less than what one would usually pay for a helicopter ride. This is due to his extensive network where he knows the pilots and helicopter companies. As a result, we were able to get back to the city while other people were stuck for another day in the mountains because the weather suddenly became inadvisable for flying. He also personally arranged everything by being at the airport at 5 am in the morning to make sure that we will all be able to get back. This kind of service is invaluable. We were also assigned to one his top guides, Raj whom we highly recommend. Raj was very experienced and professional. He was patient and attentive to our needs. At the same time, he made the trek easier because he would tell us stories, encourage us and let us go on our own pace. He would order us tea and cakes even if it is beyond the budget allocated to us. He is a nice person with over 10 years of experience so we knew we were in good hands. Overall, this package was truly worth it. The lodges provided were of great standard and we were free to choose any meal from the menu. We were very happy with choosing Himalayans on Foot and would highly recommend it to anyone. Don't forget to ask for Raj!

We recently had a great trip, organized by Mukti and lead by Raj. Organization was superb and we were all treated like royalty by Raj and his team who paid careful attention to all aspects including safety. No request was too small or to big to accomplish. Accommodation was good and meals superb. Mukti’s attention to detail and special extras for my wife’s birthday made the trip extra special. Well done guys, full recommendation from me. Iain
